Most disappointing Tom Yum soup: it was basically a bunch of noodles in « some » broth somewhere in the bowl. They didn’t use the soup container that is usually used when ordering a tom yum soup. Not really a soup at this point.
Ordered beef pad Thai takeout, got home only to realize they skimped on the beef, and I just had a bunch of noodles….

Great food. The Bok Bok bags are absolutely amazing and have an unrivaled taste. The Sweet chili sauce is great and deserves way more love. Definately go here for late night snacks of high quality for pretty low prices. Very Pleased with my food from here.

Absolute worst place to eat in Ottawa, I accidentally ordered from here thinking it was a Thai restaurant to horrifyingly realize it was this place and when I got my food it was so poorly made I can't even eat it after spending 50$, the salad rolls is rock hard and sure these shrimp are spoiled. the sauce on the red curry is beyond disgusting, I truly hope this place goes bankrupt and shuts down, disgusting food and terrible staff that are not helpful at all and refuse to refund you if you have an issue.

Terrible service two times I’ve gone out and spent my money else where..WONT EVER RETURN AS STAFF ARE REPULSIVE. With their attitudes and terrible remarks… if you want returning customers whoever owns this location. Please… get better staff.. I’ve had quite a few ppl I know go else where to because of them…I will NEVER RETURN HERE… the woman with the glasses don’t know her name. Also one other guy extremely rude. No customer service… they make super rude remarks almost very impulsively.. avoid at all costs I lose my appetite by the way these ppl speak to me as well as some other individuals…... I now will only go to the location at Rideau mall instead they are always friendly there. Great customer service there. I would love to speak to the manager of this place…. As today I walked in and had a super bad experience with one of the staff members. Who made a very aweful comment and offensive. In front of everyone in the store.. And should be FIRED… as I went home literally almost in tears and said I’d take my money else where. “He said if you want a better deal or free food make sure you have money when you come here or get out.” All because all because I had just came from the mall and spent a lot.. and forgot what I had in my account.. offered to pay cash instead. But then left as he said this comment. TERRIBLE… if I wanted a free or “cheap meal” I would go to McDonald’s or just eat at home. You jerk!. Sorry I forgot to check my bank account and wanted to pay cash instead. Terrible.
