Masala dosa is really good. The potatoes inside the dosa taste good. Also the red chutney and the white coconut chutney are delicious. Rare to find good masala dosa in Ottawa

I love the food from here! The noodles are to die for and are always my go to, but the biryani is a close second. You can't go wrong with any of the food from here though! :)
Absolutely wonderful food! I particularly love the noodles, biryani and parotha.
I ordered egg noodles and i found egg shell and 2 mosquitos in it.So unhygienic. It was mobile pick up order.Such a bad experience.I threw it away.Wastage of money.

This is our Go to place for South Indian breakfast buffet. Really good options and variety of Only Vegetarian dishes! They did have omelette with veggie option that could be ordered on request along with Dosas. Great service by Chintan our host now on 2 occasions! Will keep returning for the tasty food and great service!

Ordered Chicken Fried rice just now, but after tasting, I feel like I should never eat Fried rice again. Worst food. Just the turmeric powder taste. (Probably the chicken was bad and they spread turmeric powder to hide it) From the past few experiences from the Indian Restaurant, I feel like, I shouldn't prefer any Indian Restaurants, prepare on my own and eat.

Great friendly relaxed, large variety of dishes I’d not seen before, looking forward to going more to try others. Food was very good indeed.

Average for “authentic” South Indian as I am a South Indian.
Pongal was good, so the 3 stars. Bisibelebath was sambar mixed with rice. Chutneys were bland. Sambar was watery, like a dal rasam.
Idlies were good but with the right sambar and chutneys it would have been 5 stars…..nothing special.

First time been here. It was quite. Good ambience. Service was great. Food was good overall, the reason for 4* for food was because chutnes were cold and the Mango lassi was not cold. Taste was good. We had tiffin items. Be careful in choosing spicy level.

Nice dosa spot in the Glebe. Loved the masala dosa and the mysore masala dosa. Was a bit disappointed the Chana masala is not vegan. The masala was very good!
They are serving best dosa in Ottawa ordered coriander masala dosa buy 1 get 1 free with some order instructions and they were follow the instructions happy with the food quality especially their sambhar is the best. Would definitely order again.

The Glebe’s best kept secret! If you haven’t
tried Maharishi Tanjore you are seriously missing out! I grew up in the Glebe and moved back as an adult and this is absolutely one of the best restaurants ever to grace the Glebe! Excellent food, great staff, FANTASTIC prices!!!! In a time where money is tight, this place is well worth the money and completely reasonable for both food and beverages (including the adult kind!). Locally owned, not a chain, I love this place! My only hesitation to leaving an awesome review is that the secret will get out and I’ll have to make reservations!!!!
