Ordered this afternoon. Chicken Caesar wrap combo w/poutine.The poutine was great! Gravy and fries were perfect.The Caesar wrap was not wrapped properly, when I opened the box it was unraveled, could have used more Caesar dressing, chicken was a little dry for my liking.With a name like "That's a wrap" you'd expect them to specialize in wraps and presentation. A little disappointing but the food was good.

OMG they have the best Philly wrap that I’ve had in Ottawa. Greasiness is what you expect from a Philly and they deliver with a knock out punch. I will definitely order from here again.

The order took a bizarrely long time to create, they got my order wrong (I ordered two wraps, and they only gave me one), and the wrap was just... gross. I had the Mediterranean wrap, which was basically just Greek Salad in a tortilla. Now, I like Greek Salad—but a tortilla just does not contain the dressing. The first time I touched it, it was already slimy from the oil spreading all over. And the tortilla was soggy from it. It was disgusting.I ended up opening up the wrap and just having it as a salad, and I guess it was passable that way, since it was the tortilla that was really disgusting.Two stars because the fries were actually pretty good. The one decent part of the experience.

I have had takeout from them couple times already and when they follow the instructions (and pay attention to the details) I have no complaints, but once I got poutine instead of fries when I don’t even eat poutine (contacted skip the dishes and they helped us to get the fries about half an hour later) and then today I found a huge piece of wrapping paper inside of my wrap... they really need to be more careful when preparing their orders or they will loose many customers for these kind of mistakes.
