Ordered a single milk tea and it took 45 minutes to receive it. There was a bit of rush period when I went, but nothing that should've resulted in 45 minutes.
I watched them continue to take over 15 orders after me without once mentioning to anyone that the wait was going to be that long, which was disengenuous. I only realized after, that many customers who ordered before me were already all noticabely frustrated. There was 3 staff members but it looked like only 1 of them was doing anything. The other two seemed extremely unorganized, as it was obvious they started making drinks out of order. Other customers were completely skipped over, claiming drinks they had ordered before others were given out to later customers. When multiple customers voiced their frustration, the front worker began rudely lashing out - I watched a few customers simply leave without their drink or refund over the frustration.

LOVE IT 💝! I discovered this place when my best friend came to visit me in Ottawa and couldn’t stop coming. They are always really nice, and always get my drink fast. The space is amazing and with a great view to seat and have some rest. LOVE my drink 😇 it tastes always the way I like it! Great place 😎

Fine, nothing special. The cheese foam was really skimpy, like less than an inch thick on a large tea.

Great drinks and even better staff! The Alley is my favorite bubble tea spot in the city. The brown sugar deerioca is rich and satisfying, and I also love their fruit teas during summer. What really stands out, though, is the service—every time I visit, the staff are kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. Even when it’s busy, they keep things running smoothly with a smile. Always a pleasant experience.
