Not enough staff. The one server that was working was extremely rude! Berated my friend for not tipping when she was having difficulty paying with her card and made her do it again. Through the whole dining process the server did not seem interested in serving us and had a very poor attitude. Parking wasn't easy. Not very accessible for people who walk with canes or have mobility issues. The restaurant was full when we were there and it was very loud. The food was delicious! Portion sizes are not great.

Was travelling on business, and received a very warm welcome, great beer suggestions and a delicious dinner. Best beet salad I can remember. Will definitely go back when I visit Ottawa again. Short walk from the Hampton Inn along the river.

We stopped here on a whim when we were in the area and were pleasantly surprised! Cocktails and food were so good! Great and quick service! I had the shrimp tacos and they were some of the best I’ve ever had!

Had a family reunion for lunch Oct 25th, our own private room.. nicely set up for us. The service was great (thank you!) and the food delicious! Avocado toast with poached eggs, sundried tomatos and goat cheese was amazing!! Everyone enjoyed their food! Highly recommend this place, I've enjoyed lunch on the patio as well in the summer.. well worth it!

Visit Friday October 17, 2025. Parking may be a bit challenging at some times. Great food and excellent table service. Atmosphere is relaxed. Great menu selections for beverages and food. Two televisions available to watch sports games. Indoor and covered outside seating.

Our waitress (Oct3/25 ~ 2pm) wasn’t a happy camper. We waited a long time for service. She said she was the only one working, and we could see lots of people in the restaurant. With reason, she was stressed, so we tried to empathize with her situation and reassure her it was ok regarding the delay in service, but she never warmed up to us at all. It kinda put a damper on things. Also, the menu showed about 5 beers that were not available. The fish and pork tacos were both very tasty. The location is nice too, right by the river. We would enjoy the place more in the future if more waitresses were available.

This is a great little restaurant and pub inside the Rideau Sports Club. It has a huge patio wrapping around the building, and your allowed to bring dogs here. Inside there's plenty of comfortable seating and great music. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, and there's a decent selection of drinks. Happy hour from 3-5p offers some great discounts. The service is excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Excellent spot for great food. Service was fantastic and the food was delicious! I loved their menu options and the coffee! We went for breakfast! The restaurant has ample seating space with options for indoor or outdoor (weather permitting) seating.

Visited this place on a few occasions and this was the best visit yet. The service was great and the food was delicious! Not sure if they have a new chef but the food was the best it’s ever been. The atmosphere is good but it has so much potential to be cozier and more intimate, imo. Overall, I would recommend checking out The Bridge!

I enjoyed a very pleasant lunch at The Bridge Public House. The service was friendly and efficient. I had the Bridge Burger which was well-prepared and delicious. My companions had breakfast items that also looked very appetizing. I would happily return to this restaurant. .

A great place to relax and unwind after work or a vigorous session on the courts. A nice friendly vibe both inside the restaurant and on the decks overlooking the property. Bar features special seasonal appropriate mixed drinks to suit the occasion.

Chris the bartender is awesome. Always ready to give suggestions for beer and food. He's attentive, fast and very friendly.
The other staff are friendly too, but I prefer my chris:)

Good location for family brunch. Lots of classics to pick from. Charming location. Loved sitting on the outdoor porch.
