There is one dislike I have for this place, there is one lady who works there and her customer service to me is not very nice at all. I have visited twice and it happened both times with the same person. The other lady was so nice, very willing to help, I loved her customer service. The other one, I am not sure if she is the boss somehow but her attitude is not nice. It feels like you are wasting her time, she doesn't want to be bothered, even when I was talking to the nicer one, she would interrupt and takeover like I am wasting their time I must just read what the prices are. I told her they are a bit confusing for me and she kept saying, they are very clear, its easy to understand. I like their cakes but I think twice before I go there because of the customer service from one of the ladies there. The first time it happened, I ignored it and didn't bother writing a review. But now it happened again, I thought let me write something. My heart sank when I got in the second time and saw her there again. I think there is need for improvement on your customer service. Treat customers with respect, and patience. What you think is clear labels might not be clear to everyone, explain with politeness not rude or anger.

We have been getting our cakes from here for a while. It’s nut free which helps for family with not allergies. And they make gluten free cupcakes when you order in advance, which taste great! They are as moist as a regular cupcake, they are not crumbly or dry. We recently got cakes and GF cupcakes for my daughter’s birthday, they did the design exactly as my daughter wanted, and they tasted great! Good balance between the icing and cake so it’s not too sweet. Cake 1: 6inch, chocolate with vanilla cream, and light chocolate icing, with wavy sprinkles on side, with balloons and mini ice cream decoration Cake 2: 6inch, vanilla with raspberry cream, and vanilla icing with sprinkles all along the side, with Peppa pig image GF cupcakes with Peppa pig decorations

I ordered a standard daily cake with a message on top for my fiancé’s birthday 24 hours before and it was a delicious cake - it was a hit! Ordering, payment, and pickup was extremely smooth. Will definitely be ordering here for future events. Always happy to find an excellent local spot. Can’t wait to come back!

if i could give it less then one star i would the place is nice and so are the people but the cupcakes and cookies are disgusting.... so dry and the cookies have this weird after taste.... i am so unimpressed, i will never be returning and wouldn't suggest to anyone......
