Ordered a Birthday cake online during the public holiday and got it delivered the next morning by Uber Eat. Good quality cake and they also added extra decorations (compare to the one on website) to it. This cake should be even better if they can reduce sweetness in it.

The cake was lovely, (white cake with sprinkles and cute little i w cream cones)The only issue I had was the happy Birthday sign I bought didn’t make it out of the packaging. As soon as u tried to take it out it tore. It was very flimsy. So I couldn't use it .But I do appreciate a moist cake! Its was very good!

I had ordered an image cake for a birthday. The image turned out exactly like the picture. The decorations around the image were tailored to the persons interests. It was a slab carrot cake with buttercream icing which was not and fed over 25 people.

I recently made a purchase of a muffin and an assortment of goodies from the TooGoodToGo app. The pick up was quick and easy, and the amount I received in the surprise order was super worth it! My only tiny concern was the customer service, I had asked the woman behind the counter for a bag to put the loose contents in and was immediately given a firm no and she proceeded to walk away. The concern I had was that I have a mobility issue and use a cane to get around. Getting back to my car balancing all of the stuff, plus using my cane and having to traverse in the snow/ice outside was quite a challenge.

Ordered for birthday cakes but was told I needed to give up to 7 -10 days notice for customized cakes. I however settled for ready made cakes. There were variety of themes for everyone and different occasions. My children enjoyed the delicious cupcakes.Parking: The Cake Shop at 1200 Wellington St. W Ottawa, ON has a limited short time free street parking and paid psrking lot accross the road. There are more free street parking in adjoining streets.

I have gotten a couple of cakes from here and they have been very tasty! They are never too sweet, which is great because I do not like extremely sweet cakes. The cakes are also very beautiful. I have a few suggestions that would make this a five star review. First, it would be great if they had pricing on their website for the cakes they offer - I wish I didn't have to call first to figure this out, and it would save them time as well, and make it easier for customers to figure out what cakes make sense for them. Second, for the cake I got with fondant on the outside, I thought the fondant could have been rolled thinner. And last, I got this beautiful music cake, which was great, but there were some strips of inedible black ribbon used for decoration. There was already black fondant in other parts of the cake, and it would have been nicer if the cake was fully edible. That said, they were very easy to deal with, and were extremely helpful with suggestions on how to transport this giant cake home after we picked it up.
