we went there with my whole family last March 2 and the food portion was superrrbbb** delicious""'' server was Hailey and she was the best!!! Pls go to their location in Hunt Club, Ottawa. restrooooom was topnotch as well!! Kudosss!!! Muaaahhh** love your food** a bit pricey yeah but you pay for the quality and fast service*Parking: Lots of space available in non peak hours
This was the worst experience eating at a restaurant in myEntire life! The food was DISGUSTING! & DO NOT ask for garlic butter to dip your seafood because they just give you a cup filled with minced garlic and oil! It was not edible! they just plop a bag of disgusting food with eyeballs looking at you no explanation that you’re getting that btw , no plate ! We had to ask for a bucket and gloves and tools to even eat the service was terrible the food was sooo gross ! NEVER AGAIN ! next time it’ll be red lobster DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! It was expensive just to throw it in the trash! PLEASE BEWARE! I wish I could give 0 stars plus they did NOTHING to fix it ! They know we were disgusted and just said sorry you didn’t like it not how can we make it better or even just take the food back and let us go we took one bite and said absolutely not ! So thanks alot ! Worst experience ever & I will not be recommending this place to anybody! Just disgusted ! ?

The sauce was tasty and quite spicy. I appreciated the portion size. Maybe because I assumed it would be less lol. However I think the crab was overcooked. We got it with potatoes and corn but there was only one corn:(

I love Captains boil I come to this location often the food is delicious just that since Covid I’ve notice the shrimp don’t seem to be as fresh but I have no complaints about anything else. I still recommend !

I have been coming to captains boil since 2018, and I have enjoyed it every timeMy most recent visit, I was informed of an increase of prices, which would mean the quality/quantity would be increased as well?WrongThe quantity of shrimp & sauce is very disappointing, it used to be filling however they have downsized everything and it sucksAttached is an order of what's supposed to be a "pound of shrimp"

Their service is quite fast & pleasant. When it comes to the food, Oof the shrimps were not fresh & the rice had a rancid oil taste, very strange. Otherwise the clams, okra, corn & potatoes were all good! The price is borderline acceptable, solely due to the amount of food given.

I hate to leave bad reviews but the meal I had today at this place was THE worst restaurant meal I've ever had. We had fish and chips. Was expecting fresh fish. Frozen over cooked was what we got. I got the sizzle plate for $15.99. Shrimps with the head on were awful I could not eat it. Fried shrimp basket was also frozen shrimp. The chicken and rice tasted old. I ended up throwing my plate in the pale they leave on the table. I should of said something but was so disappointed with everything I just wanted to go. I Spent good money and the quality wasn't there. I will not be returning. And if your looking for good seafood I would not recommend this place

Spent $300 and left hungry for two people and one glass of wine. The oysters were good but the lobster and crab was terrible and the fact you get everything in a bag and have to de shell it yourself is a rip off. I certainly wouldn’t returning.
The only place to eat the seafood boil ? l ?It wasn’t the best but above the average.8/10 for everything.
