The vibes in this place are immaculate. If you bring friends. You’ll leave with more. I love this place. The servers were super kind and attentive. Can’t wait to come back next time I am in Ottawa with the prime minister, mark carney.

Best pool table in town. Came for the all dressed hot dogs, stayed to dance with the middle aged ladies during live music! WE LOVE THE CARLETON

Always welcoming and fun, always a live band on and only $5 cover, parking nearby, usually a bit older and mixed crowd so feel quite safe everyone always friendly never a bad experience, unique building with a story behind it as well so its neat to go inside, have met people who's great grandfather's have photo at the door. A good inexpensive Hotdog are the popular item they used to be known for that would get a lot of people into the door and fed,not sure what they do now with new owners. Pool table also at the ack for your get togethers with friends as well as TV's going on one side more so than the other on case you want to watch sports while others enjoy music and dance. It does get a little too hot there, multiple fans to help circulate the air would be beneficial by all means and or at least one portable ac unit in the summertime. I believe upstairs is a rentable hall, at least used to be. This place worth a try if you enjoy live music or going a but back in time to the good 'ol days, I suggest everyone to go here at least once in their life or if you have friends/family visiting Ottawa for a reminiscent time too, if only the walls could talk.

Waited forever for our large pizza. But was served hot and was very tasty. They changed ownership and style of pizza. I'm nostalgic and prefer the bulk the old pizza was. Personal preference and probably comes down to value.
Our server however was fantastic. Attentive, personable and also warned us when we said we were really hungry, that their pizza takes the longest on the menu to prepare. So props to him on that.
He certainly deserves a five star and I wish I could remember his name. It was Wed Aug 13th at around dinner time. We sat on the hidden patio. In case management wants to give him a pat on the back. He deserves it. As the other two servers that I saw, seemed to be smoking more than hustling like our guy did.
