Service was slow. Slow for drinks, slow to take order, slow for food, slow for bill. Nice people though. Atmosphere was nice, clean, and trendy. Music was spot on. Food was tasty, but I had the Steak Frites.. the plate was mostly fries, a tiny steak, and a bit of chopped mushrooms. Prices were a bit high for what you get. This is a good date night place. It is good to try. Beer selection was good, but could be better.

The food was very tasty and good drink selection. However, the service was really struggling. It was not busy and we still waited a very long for them to acknowledge us and take our order. They didn’t check on us once. It was also very warm inside.

The pizza are amazing. They don't serve these all the time we wanted to go back but unfortunately they don't sell pizza when they are doing weekend brunch which is such a shame as they are the best thing they do.

Tourist trap. Food is not as advertised on menu. $23 for brunch that you'd expect at a dirty highway stop restaurant. Sourdough bread is just regular toast, slow roasted tomatoes were stone cold, 3 or 4 tiny pieces of burnt onion, added sausage was barely warm.Plate came missing half the items listed on the menu, had to keep asking about it all in order to receive it, and it all came cold. For a place that puts so much effort in appearances, I did not expect to come here and have flash backs of eating out of dumpsters behind a grillhouse.

Really cool vibe, fantastic cocktails and food was insane. Service was a little lacking as there was only one guy trying to take care of the entire place. Would definitely return for another date night! Pizza was out of this world

The food was AMAZING and the waitstaff very friendly and knowledgeable. I got the steak, my mom got the fig and prosciutto pizza, and we split the scallops as an appetiser. The lighting is quite dim where we were, so my mom needed to use her phone's flashlight to read the menu.

So, so close to 5stars. An exceptional menu, variety of well crafted dishes! We shared the scallops and squash/kale salad starters. Celeriac purée under the bacon-dusted scallops was brilliant, the kale was a little mature - needed the happy ending massage to tenderize; squash was mid, the shallot and garlic dressing was overpowering - easily our least favourite. For mains - she had the pork chop tomahawk - an excellent dish with perfectly prepared fingerlings and braised red cabbage. I had the hangar steak - 10/10 excellent with the frites! The Moroccan orange cake with chocolate was stupendous! Service from Jordan was personable and amazing; the only challenge of running a 12 table section was the refilling of drinks, clearing of plates… impossible to keep up!

On Sunday morning, with only two waiters attending to a bustling, half-full restaurant, we found ourselves thoroughly enjoying the cuisine and appreciating the pleasant ambiance, consistent with other five-star establishments. However, we rated our experience four stars due to the service. While one waiter demonstrated considerable expertise, the other appeared quite inexperienced. As I was still savoring the last morsel of my bread, knife in hand, the junior waiter approached and asked if I had finished, unaware of my ongoing meal. This incident, lacking in warmth and attentiveness, left me feeling somewhat uneasy. While acknowledging the efforts of the staff, it's evident that additional training is needed. Furthermore, given the size of the establishment, it seems prudent to schedule at least two more staff members on weekends to alleviate the strain on the current team. Despite these observations, the quality of the food ensures that we will return in the future!!

The first thing I noticed about the Clarendon is how beautiful the restaurant is! Such an amazing vibe for a date night. We got seated near the kitchen, which I was a little worried about, but it ended up not bothering us at all. Amazing server and amazing food; I definitely recommend the Clarendon pie.

The food is okay, not the tastiest but not bad either.I am ordered a latte with almond milk, I noticed the taste after one sip and told the waiter which type of milk this is? He answered « OH I forgot to mention almond milk to the barista » … he took my latte and replaced it with a my order after 35mn!! I didn’t say much cause I didn’t thought one sip was going to affect me. But it did, I ended up sick because of that. The service in general was horrible, HORRIBLE, we waited 1h and 15mn for 6 breakfast plate… and there was multiple mistake in the food orders too, but at this point we just wanted to eat and leave. The only good thing about this place is the decor.
