It's in the details...the staff went beyond to make sure we had the best dining experience!!! The pizza and apple crumb were delicious!!! The drinks were amazing!!! Sat inside at a table overlooking the Ottawa River with fantastic views, sunny for a change. Would definitely recommend bringing your friends and family here!!!

Second time ive been and I was quite disappointed. The kids love spagetti but not from here, has no taste. The server was quite slow and forgot about my refrill. It wasn't busy for them to forget it.
It's a convenient spot for a pretty decent Pizza. I've been before, wasn't blown away, but at least the food was good.
However, my most recent visit wasn't so enjoyable. The server was absent, to say the least, and got our order wrong. And our appetizer, the meatballs, were very clearly frozen from a package. I know my meatballs, I was raised by food from the old country, and I know when I'm eating frozen, processed, meat. Egregious, at pizzaria? My Nonna is rolling in her grave.

The grand pizzeria and bar was a horrible experience the server Adrian A made my wife uncomfortable he wouldn’t even look at me while taking my order. We got poutine something nice and simple some of it was ice cold everything came out at different times cheese wasn’t even melted fries were also cold. I don’t recommend this place to anyone unless you want to over pay for bad service and food that’s not cooked properly btw costs me over 50$ for a kids penne and 2 poutines that’s wasn’t fully cooked way over priced for such bad service and food
