The food quality was satisfactory, with commendable toppings; however, the fries were unremarkable. The $25 price point per poutine was disproportionate to the serving size, which was considerably smaller than anticipated, resulting in a poor value proposition. Customers should be aware that portion sizes are smaller than expected.

First poutine. I don't know if it is therefore faithful to the original recipe, but:

The fries were basic, not particularly exceptional but that's okay (I come from the land of fries), the cheese, bacon and minced meat nothing to say, but the sauce was very tasteless. Oddly, it even masked a little the taste of other foods which nevertheless provided flavor. Disappointed by the sauce which ultimately provided almost nothing other than texture.

In itself, it was good and the big box was enough for 2, but a little disappointed with the experience, especially for the price... $28 a big box, 2 small cans and a small tip.
There were few people at the time we were there, the staff was a little cold and not particularly welcoming.

Good to try, but there may be a better address.
(+ parking to be paid next door, so in the end $30)

Food is Good, staff are nice but the one girl with the glasses loudly trash talking the customers was where they lost the points.

Usually the poutine is amazing but I don’t really like the new fries they use. Please bring back the old fries this used to be my go to poutine place😭🙏🩷

Got two regular poutines, and they tasted great! The gravy was the perfect thickness and taste, not too salty. The curds were squeaky and fresh, and the fries were freshly done and crispy. It came piping hot.

For the regular poutine the pricing is good, but for the topped poutines *personally* I think the prices are too high.

Would eat again!

I got food poisoning from this restaurant. I have been sick for 4 days straight now. I ordered the classic poutine. Very unfortunate.

***Update: the manger reached out to me and offered a refund. Great customer service.

Worst poutine I’ve ever tried!
The potatoes taste like burnt with their peels and the philly steak had as an extra was worse! Never again

It gets the official Lacroix French-Canadian seal of approval for good poutinerie. Quality fresh fries, rich gravy and St-Albert curds. They get it. They get it.

Unfortunately it can be uncomfortable in there in the summer w/o air conditioning.

People were friendly and fast when making the food. The place it's self was dead unfortunately because their poutine is good. I only got the regular poutine and it was pretty reasonable with price and portion and it tasted good. I'm not very adventurous so I probably won't try the other poutines but they do look good. Definitely a place to check out if you like poutine and Canadians.

I ordered an Uber Eats delivery. They sent away four (!) delivery persons who arrived to pick the order up and just casually cancelled my order one minute before the late arrival time with no explanation. So, I lost forty minutes waiting for nothing. What a “great” service!

EDIT: You can see the response below. However, I was tracking delivery. All four delivery persons got to the place, stayed there for a couple of minutes, and then cancelled pickup. This wasn’t a delivery issue; there was something off with the order.

My boyfriend and I have been getting poutine here for almost a year now, truly a gem we've discovered since we don't go to centretown a lot. The atmosphere is great, the food is great as well as the customer service. Nice little poutinerie at Bank

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food. I ordered 5 poutines with my family through Uber Eats and all the fries were fried beyond reason. Our whole experience was ruined and I'm shocked that the staff would let food this burnt leave the kitchen. Take a look!
