I ordered brunch for just under $100
I ordered a burrito with fries, two chocolate milkshakes, the curry dish and a tiramisu for dessert.
I ordered take out.
I am not sure if the restaurant was busy when I placed my order or if this is a regular occurrence at the restaurant but the quality of my food took a big hit and I was profoundly disappointed.
It was my first time trying this place as I’m on the hunt for Ottawa’s top breakfast/brunch spots. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be returning.
When I received my order, both of my chocolate milkshakes were extremely melted. It was like drinking chocolate milk. I had asked for ketchup packets to be put in my take out bag and they had not put any in. I understand it gets busy in restaurants however I could have dealt with eating cold fries had I been given ketchup.
Last but not least, if you want soup for dessert, then order the tiramisu.
Save your hard earned money. Go someplace where being a guest matters.

Ended up here with a friend for brunch on a Saturday. We were served promptly and the staff was friendly and always ready with a coffee top-up! The basic breakfast was everything a person would want & not overly greasy as might be expected for a egg-meat-hashbrown plate.
There is outdoor seating but we opted to stay in out of the sun. It has a cozy feel without fancy decorations, but very welcoming.
My only regret is not trying a milkshake!

The food there was splendid. The staff was very nice useful ?
The food is great and with good portion. Staffs are friendly. Just that tables and menu all smelled funny and it kinda ruined the experience.
Edited: Glad to know the issue has been fixed. Will definitely revisit.

Good food albeit a little higher on the price scale. I went twice; in once the evening and once in the morning. Evening employee was nice but seemed a little impatient. Morning employee very friendly and attentive. Great patio!
The staff on April 26 5:30 pm was really rude and abusive. You guys said I tried to smash mirror in women’s washroom, that’s stupid. I am a man why would I even go to a women washroom. Stupid owner ??. I got the bag after I was told to after that the staff was rude ande abusive when I just mentioned that u should write it in the notes because most of the restaurants write it.

Really excellent little diner on Holland Avenue. I've been 3 times now, once with a buddy and twice with my girlfriend. Everytime we had the same server, and he was extremely upbeat and kind. Service was very quick. With the food itself, portion sizes were very large, which is how I like my diner food. Honestly no complaints, lovely little place and I will return again.

This place is such a hidden gem. The brunch is absolutely delicious and always hot and fresh. Great portions and the menu is quite large. Service every time I have gone has been top notch as well.
