The Keg Steakhouse + Bar - Ottawa Manor

Good location with plenty of parkinh. Our reservation was at 5 but they were not ready and the lobby couldn't hold all people waiting. Once seated at upper floor things improved we had good service and good meal but somehow they limited us for 2 hours I found that cheap and not nice especially that it was a business dinner.
Food was great the welcoming and the time were 2 bad things.

The Keg, as usual has pretty good food and service. The standard restaurants are nice, but the Keg Manor is great. The old building is super cool and has a old-timey fancy dinner type of feel.

The Keg usually delivers, and this location certainly didn’t disappoint. The food, atmosphere, and service were all excellent on our last visit. I tried their holiday special, which was delicious, and our steaks were perfectly cooked and seasoned. I recommend making a reservation—this old stone manor location is one of our favorites for a lovely evening out.

My wife and I came here for a kid free date night and we had an amazing experience. Our waitress Emma was very friendly and knew the menu well. She recommended the salmon and it was exceptional! Best Crème Brûlée ever! The manager Dave Graham was above and beyond. He was very attentive and personable. I guess upon calling and booking reservations he remembered my name and addressed me by it on our way out. We were very impressed and that went along way. We will definitely be back!

I booked a last minute reservation for dinner and when we arrived we waited until the table was ready and we were seated. The server seemed new, a little lost for the most part along with the food runners. It took time to get the drinks and again poor girl was a little scattered. We then got our meals and the filet was tough, the plates were not hot like the other kegs and the food was cool nkt hot, the original bread was not even warm. Very underwhelming for a keg. You expect perfection when you spend 150 per couple and we were 3 couples. Tough bill to swallow for underwhelming evening out.

Great food - great service in an incredible venue. The Manor is the perfect option for a special occasion dinner as the atmosphere makes everything that little bit extra! The food was fantastic, as the Keg usually is. The parking lot can be a little mucky on rainy days - Ladies keep that in mind if picking your favourite shoes for the night!

Never disappoints (and the fillet mignon is amazing - get it medium rare!)

Visited this Keg location 2 years ago. The parking was nothing but MUD (rubber boots required)! Went back today, still the same! Nothing but mud! DO NOT wear dress shoes. Also, the pot holes are extremely large and filled with water! Two of us chose this location for a special occasion...big mistake! We could not hear ourselves talking, the noise was so loud! Went to use the washroom, no soap to wash my hands! The food was good but the steak was average in terms of tenderness. Nothing close to what it used to be! Never going back!

We had a lovely meal here with the best service I’ve had in a while. The food at the Keg is always stellar, however the service last night went above and beyond. I did not catch the name of the young man who was our server or the manager who did visit our table several times. We will be back!
