What a cool and unique vibe! Stew was working when we came in and was such an easy guy to chat with; we really enjoyed talking to him. Cleary this place is a labour of love. The food was delicious (lots of vegetarian options) and everything was well priced. Love seeing such a niche vibe!

Ok judge the style if you want, but metalheads are some of the friendliest people generally and when you mix that with well priced, really good tasting food...you need to just keep doing you and take my money. Oh...yes the Kreator burger with extra patty and Slipknot poutine was definitely worth the price. Can't wait to go again.

Ordered off uber eats. Made us wait 1 hour to cancel the order. Then once I called decided to finally tell me he did not have time to make the food for our order as restaurant was full. I do not mind being cancelled, just do not waste my evening.

Not sure if they go by a different name on Uber Eats (Meaning they go by The Koven AND The Chip Wagon) but they share the same address! They charged and extra $2 for mayo addition on a hot dog, which is quite peculiar. Unimpressed with the extra charge, if these two businesses are in fact one in the same.
Love the atmosphere. Super unique, and quite frankly, awesome. Food was great! I got a machine gun (baguette, loaded with fries and meat), and it was HUGE! The server was super friendly too. Really liked him!

Visiting from the U.S and would hands down come back in my next trip! Cool atmosphere and delicious food. I had a burger and everything tasted super fresh. Food took a little long to come out but server checked in at a good frequency.

Food was so tasty. I order Sapporo beer and poutine (municipal waste poutine, I think it's called). Waiter was so kind and asking if everything was ok, if I needed anything else... Very attentive. The environment is metal, with metal music background and nice decoration. Everything perfect. FYI, it was @ 5 one Friday. Great place!
Wheelchair accessibility: It's flat, so a wheelchair couldn't have any problem to go in.

If you’re into great music and great food then you must come here. The decor is unique and any alt/goth/punk/metal head/rock fan/witch/wizard/etc. will feel right at home. The music is consistently good, with delicious burgers to match. Had the Amon Amarth and my partner had the signature Koven burger, would totally recommend both. Will return next time I’m up in Ottawa!
