You got some nerve serving 3 different customers in a row ROTTEN MEAT - in a burger and in 3 separate orders of your roast beef sandwich. As soon as she set it on the table in could smell the heated rotten meat . My husband's French onion soup was sour and taste like vinegar. Our waitress was hard to get her attention, not because it was overly busy , but because a fella sitting at the bar was taking her attention from her costomers non stop . Took us 5 mins to let her know the food was rotten . Then the table beside us let us know they were also served rotten meat in same type of sandwich and a burger . Our waitress was sweet and pleasant, wasnt her fault that's for sure . She informed us the manager was in the kitchen trying to figure things out as to why the meat was rotten . In my opinion that manager should have been also approaching his customers and hearing them out .
We probably will not take this risk again , so will not be back.

Incredibly, if a customer screams uncontrollably, they can stay, as long as they are regulars, as we were told by the manager. Also, any barking dog is allowed on the patio, so bring you dogs!

Stopped in for an after work pint and to my surprise, LOWEST TIP on payment is set at 18%. That's after tax! I've always enjoyed your establishment but this is greedy and out of control. I'll take my business elsewhere now - I'm not here to pay your staff's wages. EDIT: There's no misunderstandings on the tip as per the owner, the 4 squares that are prompted on the screen are 18, 20 and up. Without my glasses and after a few drinks I didn't see any other tip options. Regardless, this to me is unreasonable.

Stopped in at the Lieutenant’s Pump for breakfast and it was spot on. The plate came with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, sausage, toast, breakfast potatoes, and a side of fresh fruit salad. Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fresh. Service was attentive and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Solid place for a hearty breakfast.

I went to Lieutenant’s Pump for the first time yesterday and had a fantastic experience! The staff were very polite, and even though it was crowded, the security team did an excellent job making the overall atmosphere enjoyable. We had a wonderful time, thank you to the staff and security team for making our night comfortable and memorable!
The service and atmosphere was friendly and fun! The food bordered on incredibly bland to just bad. We ordered the zucchini sticks as an app, my table of 5 people did not like them at all, the server took the almost full basket away. My French onion soup was not great either, I didn’t eat it. We wouldn’t go back again.
