We were exiting the club at almost closing time and a bouncer was really disrespectful and was abusive.The bouncer who was at the exit door pushed my girl friend who was sober and of a smaller build outside while we were asking if we would be let in, if we go out. He just completely pushed us out without any explanation. Extremely rude and unprofessional behaviour. No respect for women what so ever. We spoke to the other bouncers and they agreed that it was wrong behaviour.This is not the way a club would ever get a good professional crowd as that is what the Lieutenants Pump is marketing itself as.

I was out last night at lieutenant's pump in the bar in the back left corner of the venue. Asked the bartender to make me a mojito and she said that that's impossible, latter I saw 3 other people walking around drinking them. At the start of the night I asked her what the drink specials are and she told me if I didn't know what I wanted I needed to leave, it wasn't busy she was just on her phone and didn't want to serve me. Plus when I did order she told me it was cash only which I know the pump isn't as I bought a beer at another bar with my card. All around this experience was awful, the pump is worse then the market now.

There for a quiz night - which apparently proved my friend and I are Dumb, but it was fun. Had the cauliflower steak - could have used a LOT more capers but still nice and the fantastique garlic bread with cheese- it wasn’t as fantastique as I was hoping, but still good. Either way, the Pump is always an enjoyable experience.
