I ordered a small chicken salad, it used to be good but this time the chicken portion was super small. I addition the ingredients do not match their description, the menu says lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and peppers, topped with pita chips . It was a bunch of lettuce and few tomatoes with a bunch of turnips pickles , and garlic.

Extremely rude staff and worst shawarma ever

Very rude staff disrespectful and ignorant. They also don’t care about your shawarma. The worst ever

Bread was stale, gave me mushed up rice, hummus extremely sour

They refused to give me water to take my medication. I had bought food and two drinks for my grandkids but I cannot take soft drinks so I asked for a glass of water they said we don’t serve water you have to buy it. I have never been fused water at any restaurant in Canada.

The shawarma was good. I ordered a Greek salad and it’s just 90% tomato ? Help, there’s one olive, one pepper and one piece of feta. How did this happen ???

Great food for great price. We ordered beef kebab and beef kofta. Soft and Juicy. Exceptionally clean and great customer service.

good food.. filthy place.. dirty people.. the food was amazing but I ate it and already decided I'm not coming back. washrooms were dirty and no soap.. the place is honestly appalling.. the guy making the sandwiches wearing gloves that will never change after touching rags, many other things including cash machine and then they come back to prepare the food. honestly, it's disgusting.. you're better off not wearing any gloves then and pretending you care about cleanliness.. guys, change your gloves regularly.. not hourly.. never go back again.

Used to love this place, ordered a large family platter last night ($107.) but was very disappointed in the quality. The chicken seemed chewy, the rice was hard, and the pita bread was a week old!!! For the price and quality I do not believe we will be ordering there ever again. It was always our go to Shawarma place but no more....Seemed like we were getting leftovers??
