Without a doubt, one of the funnest evenings I’ve had in years. Food and drinks were reasonably priced delicious and well versatile for any pallet. Hundreds of different styles of board games and game consoles to choose from. Enjoy laughing stories and games with up to four people. Definitely would recommend they open more locations across Canada. 🇨🇦

Arrived late into town for work and am so pleased I ventured out to find food, as I discovered this incredible local gem. The staff were very engaging and sincere, obviously proud of the establishment they work at. It’s very clean, well organized games library (heard they just cracked 2000 board games - wowzers! And they have game wizards to help you during the day) over 3 floors. The taps menu and food menu were impressive, and mostly made for sharing. Great value. Highly recommend if you live in Ottawa or make it to town for a visit. Thanks John, Cayla and Logan for a lovely experience! Wish we had one of these in Vancouver :)

Level One Lounge was incredible. The vibe was peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for gaming. Hannah and Claire were absolute legends—always there right when we needed something and cleaning things up faster than I could lose a match.
And Hannah? I would go to war for that woman. No hesitation.
It was my first time going, and even though I live five hours away, I’d make that drive again in a heartbeat.

The service was friendly and gave lots of information about the things to do. There's an incredible amount of choices for videogames and boardgames. There were some slight technical issues with the games on the PS4 which was sad, but unavoidable. And some more choices for small snacks would be nice.

Came here on Valentine's Day which was very, very busy. However, the host, bartender, and waiter were so incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and quick with their service. I want to thank them for their attention to detail and friendliness. I wish I got names! But considering how busy it was, they weren't unhappy to be working which I can sincerely appreciate. My partner and I played some video games, had drinks, and really enjoyed ourselves. We're very grateful for our experience today and will definitely be back.
