Ceasar chicken wrap with fries, French onion soup, beef dip....fries were dry and no flavor, wrap was soggy, and beef dip was tasteless! We are foodies and dine out often especially while on vacation. This was the worst ever!

Not the best service. The food was honestly not good, and it was served completely out of sync — some of us had finished eating long before the rest even got their meals. To make things worse, the waiter missed one of the orders and then blamed us for the mistake.

I am a regular customer at the Office due to its cozy and inviting vibe, with a perfect mix of quirky office-themed decor and a laid-back atmosphere. It offers fantastic service with very friendly staff who make you feel right at home. The menu has a wide variety of picks and accommodate substitutions such as gluten free options. The drink selection has many options, featuring local beers, creative cocktails, and a great wine list. It’s the kind of place where you can relax, enjoy good food, and unwind with a drink in hand.
They also have an amazing happy hour from 3-6 everyday! If you are in the area, I would highly recommend it!!

Waited a long time for our food before asking for the bill. Our drinks were way subpar for the prices paid while waiting. They don't do drink substitutions, such as removing the alcohol. No price adjustments for any changes. Server gave us a lame excuse for the long wait. Buyer beware.

We dropped by on Sunday afternoon for a drink and a bite. We got our drinks after a significant wait. Husband ordered a non-alcoholic lemonade and I had a margarita. Both were unappealing but drinkable. After another 45 minutes we decided to move on and paid for the drinks which came to $34 with tax. Needless to say we came away pretty disappointed.

Returned last night before Bluesfest. Tried the wings and was not disappointed. Very good. My friend tried the honey hot that Mac had recommended and I did not. Big mistake, listen to the advice when it is given.
Returned again on the last day of Bluesfest. Had a very good burger and fries. Had a burger just up the street last week and this was 10 times better.

This is one of my favourite hangout spots. The staff are awesome, food is amazing. Owners are cool.
Servers are very nice but the people in charge clearly aren’t equipping them or scheduling them well at all. I’ve only seen at most 2 servers RUNNING to keep up with their tables AND bartend AND run food during busy nights (but usually only 1). Doesn’t seem like management cares at all. Would’ve been 1 star if a) the servers weren’t so lovely and b) if I didn’t have empathy for them because they clearly can’t control the horrible management. If you’re going here be sure to tip the new hires WELL (usually will always be a newbie because of the huge turnover for obvious reasons) because they clearly can’t control how awful they’re being scheduled. DO. BETTER. MANAGEMENT.

My sister and I had dinner here recently. I ordered the deep fried pickles and a veggie burger. Both were completely flavourless. It was like someone boiled the pickles in water to remove all trace of vinegar and dill and then battered them. Veggie burger came with mushy tomato and onions, and was also flavourless. It was late, we were tired from traveling so we didn't complain to the lovely, very busy server who was near the end of her long shift. We wish though that we had chosen differently.

We sat outside because it was a beautiful evening and we had our dog with us. I had the sour dough club house with fries and it was very good. I would go back to this spot and try something else on their menu.
