It was my first time at this location and it was easy to find. Climbing up the stairs I noticed that there were no accessibility ramps. The staff at the front counter was very cheerful and friendly in her greeting and our conversation. She was helpful in explaining the variety of scones. I came to purchase and leave however i did notice they had an eating area on the left side of the ordering and purchasing counter where one could order a scone sandwich and eat. There were jams and jellies for purchase that the staff were sure to promote as well as pointing out the frozen scones in the freezer. I went back the following morning to buy a variety of scones to take to a breakfast meet-up.
Wheelchair accessibility: This place is not wheelchair accessible. As a matter of fact I spoke to staff about that very subject. They have been there for 3 years. Enough time to address those accessibility concerns.
