The employees who work at this location are super friendly and positive. I love being greeted in super kind way. Some of the employees know my favorite scone and when they see me they ask if I want the regular. I appreciate this as I know they have a lot of customers. The location has dine in and that area is nice and quiet.
The scones are delicious and quite flaky, with a selection of both savoury and sweet options. The sandwiches are delicious! The location is a bit nondescript from the outside but the service is good.
It was my first time at this location and it was easy to find. Climbing up the stairs I noticed that there were no accessibility ramps. The staff at the front counter was very cheerful and friendly in her greeting and our conversation. She was helpful in explaining the variety of scones.
I came to purchase and leave however i did notice they had an eating area on the left side of the ordering and purchasing counter where one could order a scone sandwich and eat.
