We went to the sconewitch on a whim and we're very happy we did. The scones were great, the London fog beverage was as well, and the service really welcoming. The prices for what you get are reasonable.
Unfortunately, the scones didn't quite meet my expectations. Perhaps I shouldn't have expected them to be comparable to the scones I know from the UK. Overall, I found the scones relatively dry.
The best scone place in Ottawa I cannot tell how much I love it and I enjoy the food and always get some many scones for weeks. It is always a great day when I have my coffee with one of sconewitch scones. I love the tuna tomato scone and the cream and cranberry one and all of them to be honest.
