The purpose of booking a tea time is so that adequate service can be provided. I feel that this was not the case in the day of our visit. There was a very large party seated across from us, unusually large for the size of the room. Our chairs were constantly being bumped into. I suppose due to the larger than normal party, it took over an hour to get our food. When offered a complimentary beverage only one of us was served her mimosa right away, the refill of our tea was just more hot water with no fresh bag. Without replacing the tea bag it was just a pot of discolored water, not a very good way to make up for already late food. And once we did get the food, and the last offered drink, the creme fresh had to be asked for again. Its understandable to have to wait if larger parties are present, but to then be offered complimentary service to make up for it also be fumbled left us with a less than satisfactory experience. If we visit again I'll be sure to ask if the room is booked or over booked and cancel if that is the case. The food was very good, scones 10/10, although no one from our party cared particularly for the pistachio pastry.

Brunch was a lovely experience here. Looking forward to having those turkish eggs again with my bottomless mimosas... Delightful.

Very nice afternoon tea service and also brunch was terrific. Probably one of the best teas I've had in a long time. Ambience was also special. They accomodate a lot to allergies.

Always a wonderful time, it has been my family's special occasion celebration place for years!! Everyone is so kind and considerate and the ambiance and food are amazing as well. Can't wait to go back!

Endroit très mignon et excellente nourriture. Le brunch était plein de saveurs et nous avons pris de superbes photos.

I planned my wifes baby shower here and it was everything she wanted it to be. Thank you the vanitea room and the kind team for the wonderful food and experience for everyone. We will be back to celebrate this special milestone.

The entertainment was outstanding, but the cost was outrageous. We received a small bowl of salad, a crisp small tortilla with grated chicken and a tiny piece of cake, with one glass of sangria, and that cost me $50! The ambiance is beautiful and the drag performance was incredible, but I won't go back for that cost. There was a $20 cover fee as well, so the food price did not include the entertainment fee.

Love the space and food; though service was nice, it was very slow. F ex we were the only table for a while, three guests, noon on a weekday, but it took over 45 minutes to get food. Lastly, parking free in the area is difficult and discouraging when you want to support local.

Children's afternoon tea was delightful for our friends children. Surprising portions for both the adult version and kids (lots of nice variety.) Only recommendation would be to have a little less music volume. It was a bit loud for my grandmother.

3 course brunch was unique, needed a few adjustments to the variety, but enjoyed the royaltea breakfast and bottomless mimosas very much.

The food was sub par. Most of the pastries and all the toast of the savories were dry. All three of our children refused to eat the chocolate muffin as it was so dry and flavourless. The scones crumbled to dust. We left a lot of food behind because it was unappetizing. We did not take a box to bring anything home when asked, as it was too dry to eat. For 50$ a person, the food quality was shocking. Afternoon tea consists of very small bites. Those bites have to be great to justify the price tag. This fare did not fit the bill.
The service was patchy. Our main concerns were that our server mixed up two of the teapots, had to SNIFF the teapots in order to tell them apart, and when switching them almost scalded the bare leg of my 2 year old niece. Our server didn't even notice the spill until I notified her before other patrons slipped in it.
We really tried to enjoy our time there. The restaurant is beautiful and cozy, but the lack of AC made it unbearable.
Most of these issues could have been forgiven if the food was good. It was not. We will not be returning.

My husband and I visited on our wedding anniversary this week. It was a delightful visit. The tea was wonderful. The food was delicious and the set up was so cute. Thanks for being a part of our anniversary and making it so special ❤️

It was nice experience, cute place but seemed a bit disorganized. The staff were very friendly and nice but also seemed a little disorganized/distracted. There was a baby shower that they were prepping for so maybe that is why? We had ordered a gluten free and regular high tea and there was a mix up and we were brought only a regular high tea cage. This was quickly fixed when I had brought it to their attention. It was nice to go just one time, don't think we will be back
