⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST experience at The Waverly in Ottawa last night! We stopped in for patio beers and nachos with our dog Jack, and the service from Sarthak was absolutely incredible. Not only was he attentive and friendly with us, but he treated Jack like a true guest—bringing him water and even a little snack. My heart was so full! The nachos were a solid 10/10, the vibes were perfect, and the level of care we received is something you don’t come across often these days. Huge shoutout to Sarthak for making our night unforgettable—we’ll definitely be back!

I just moved back to Centre Town. I used to live on Waverly. To see so many changes is incredible but definitely an asset to the Elgin Street scene is the Waverly. The service was exceptional. The food was cooked to perfection.! Overall, the attention to detail on every level was absolutely fantastic and I’m looking forward to going there again!

The manager is no good, I left my wallet than I came back to get it. The staff informed that they have the wallet and it’s safe. And I should come the next day because the manger was not there to open the safe and to give it back to me. So the next day I came, the manager went to get it for me. But he took long and he came back with the wallet but it was missing money. He acted like there was no money in it. And it was not his problem that the money is missing. He’s dishonest and that’s unacceptable..

Finally, Great to have excellent food. The 🍕 pizza is excellent 👌 you really need to try it out but then there is the Smoked meat 🍖 that is spectacular and sitting on the patio on Elgin you feel like you are in downtown Montreal. I need to shout out to the chicken fingers and fresh cut fries. Spectacular is all I can say for that. Go and enjoy, you won't regret it.

Amazing customer service tonight, big thank you to manager Grey and server Hannah, it was a busy night but they went above and beyond to ensure our little group had a fun time and great food. Will definitely be back!
We arrived at the same time as a large group of 25 people who didn’t have a reservation. The restaurant was understaffed to serve such a large party. We waited a really long time for our food. So long in fact, that we had to leave to make our non-refundable escape room appointment and the meal still hadn’t arrived.
The staff were so apologetic and kind. We understood it wasn’t their fault and said we would come back when our game finished a few hours later.
They had our meal ready for us when we returned, made fresh for our new dinner time and gave us drinks on the house. The owner came over and was so kind about the whole mess. Really the food was excellent but the service is what would make me come back again.

I booked a party of 15 for a Birthday on a Thursday night they had another party booked as well and not enough staff to cover their restaurant there were 2 waiters plus bar staff. We Showed up at 6:30 and didn't eat until 8:15pm. The service was slow and the food all came out at different time so if you ordered tacos and pasta you ate last when everyone else was finished eating. My Grandmother had to return her pasta as it came to the table cold. My mom would have loved dessert but the waiter never asked if we wanted dessert and it would have taken to long to get it. The 2 orders of fish and chips came with the wrong fries one order of the taco's were greasy to the point liquid had made the shells mushy and not edible......The Calamari was over cooked. Drink service took way to long considering the bar was no where near full my kids had to wait over 15 minutes for their pop. They kept opening the doors and leaving them open when it was freezing in the restaurant. Their bathrooms are tiny at least the ones near the bar you have to squeeze between the wall and the door to close the door behind you. On a good note the chicken wings were OK. But, over all bad experience will probably not return.

Jess makes a mean Cesar! I walked by and saw the pizza deal on Wednesdays and that’s exactly what I wanted. Had a pizza with sausage, pepperoni, and green olives. So good. Service was on point. Nice and busy, great music!
