Dined at the Waverley as a medium sized (8) group with some classmates for a casual graduation dinner.
Food was good, drinks were good, and the service by our waiter Sarthak was wonderful. Thank you Sarthak for making our special night a little more special :)

The staff were very friendly, however I wouldn’t be going back to this restaurant. Our order was incorrect and after just accepting what was brought out since we were on a time crunch, we were still charged full price for that meal. The burger was dry and lacked taste/ condiments, and the pasta dish was nothing but sauce and two baguette slices. Quite disappointed.

Food was just alright. Pretty bland tbh. Restaurant was full but still took our small table almost an hour to get our food, and they were sold out of a couple things. Not overly impressed but wouldn't avoid it for large gatherings.

Restaurant was empty except for our group. I'm hoping the rain was the cause. Food and service were both great! I would highly recommend. Come on people, support your local restaurants!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the BEST experience at The Waverly in Ottawa last night! We stopped in for patio beers and nachos with our dog Jack, and the service from Sarthak was absolutely incredible. Not only was he attentive and friendly with us, but he treated Jack like a true guest—bringing him water and even a little snack. My heart was so full! The nachos were a solid 10/10, the vibes were perfect, and the level of care we received is something you don’t come across often these days. Huge shoutout to Sarthak for making our night unforgettable—we’ll definitely be back!

I just moved back to Centre Town. I used to live on Waverly. To see so many changes is incredible but definitely an asset to the Elgin Street scene is the Waverly. The service was exceptional. The food was cooked to perfection.! Overall, the attention to detail on every level was absolutely fantastic and I’m looking forward to going there again!

The manager is no good, I left my wallet than I came back to get it. The staff informed that they have the wallet and it’s safe. And I should come the next day because the manger was not there to open the safe and to give it back to me. So the next day I came, the manager went to get it for me. But he took long and he came back with the wallet but it was missing money. He acted like there was no money in it. And it was not his problem that the money is missing. He’s dishonest and that’s unacceptable..

Finally, Great to have excellent food. The 🍕 pizza is excellent 👌 you really need to try it out but then there is the Smoked meat 🍖 that is spectacular and sitting on the patio on Elgin you feel like you are in downtown Montreal. I need to shout out to the chicken fingers and fresh cut fries. Spectacular is all I can say for that. Go and enjoy, you won't regret it.
