My wife and I dined here tonight and the food was great, but we had an unpleasant experience. We remembered that we ordered a ribeye steak, but when it was served, it was sirloin. We asked the waitress to confirm and she directly said that we had ordered it wrong (but we remember that we did not discuss sirloin at all). Her rebuttal was ridiculous to us because even if she directly admitted that she remembered it wrong (I am very sure because she did not write it down immediately...
Always a great time at the Whalesbone! Best place to get oysters & seafood. The oysters are fresh and the staff is very knowledgeable regarding the different types of oysters and taste. The baked oysters are pricey, but absolutely delicious! Hard to go wrong here.
