Went there for lunch this past Wednesday as we had a coupon and wanted to use it before it expired. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Service was absolutle wonderful as the server was attentive but no pesteringly so as some are. It was like they new the perfect time to come over. We ordered our food and drinks and soaked in the atmosphere. The music was way too loud for the speakers they had and was very tinny sounding to the pointy we left with headaches. Was not expecting that loud a volume for a lunch hour. The large group of appparent adults carrying on like drunken prom teenagers was not helping. They were actively trying to mess with the server by mixing around orders and just being immature, which hurt the experience somewhat but that's not the restaurants fault so it did not contribute to the rating. All in all the food, as always is amazing as was the service. Definitely will be back in a few months on my next cheat day.

I want to start by stating that I am aware that this location is not at fault and I have had several pleasant experiences and meals at this location. I had initially attempted to find a 'Contact Us' form on the Works Website to field my complaint, but there is no such form available. The survey button redirects me to the main page.
The staff and atmosphere has been consistent and pleasant throughout my time eating at The Works chain in Ottawa over the last 15 years. No issue there. You guys rock in that field.
I am currently disappointed with the erasure of the Impossible Burger and the Knock Your Plants Off Burger. I have grown to love this meal and the different variations of this meal that I have experimented with over the years. There is currently no proper purely vegan replacement outside of the dookie butter veggie burger (seriously take a bite it sucks!).
I will begin exploring alternative restaurants to find a delicious alternative. But if the impossible burger ever makes a return, I will gladly return as a customer and readjust my score to 5 stars. Until then, my money will be going to some other place that can fulfil by burger needs.

Since 2012 My friends and I make the pilgrimage to Ottata in June 24th a yearly tradition we do from Montreal, we wouldn't do this if the food wasn't worth it, their burgers are amongst the best , fresh ingredients and great portions, friendliest service each time we go. Only con is parking and the fact it's a 2 hour drive, somethings are worth the extra effort.

We tried blue cheese and sexy burger, both we didn’t like at all, i think it would be better to just stick to regular mushroom burger or juicy burger. By the way I enjoyed my lemonade. Honestly, I’ve been expecting more from Works. It was my first visit, and the staff seems to be bored and tired.

The Works has been a staple now in Ottawa for a long while. The food is still good with overpriced but yummy milkshakes but I gave 3 stars because I ordered wagyu beef and it was cooked to a dry crumb. They should reconsider it as an option if they don't know how to cook it. The poutine had curds only on top, none on bottom with wet/soggy fries and the gravy was so watery I had to literally pour it out into another dish, avoid it. The sweet potato fries were good but didn't come with side dip. Of the 4 of us, one was brought a water until the 2nd asked, then the 3rd asked and finally myself. Rule is ALWAYS BRING EVERYONE WATER, don't make 4 trips. Especially after we already paid and consumed milkshakes all around, you're making service very inefficient. Chicken Club was excellent, lots of protein. Side of broccoli also well cooked. Mushroom burger excellent as was vegan burger. Microtrash wasn't removed from the table. I think they could use additional training. It should be better food/prices for the cost, otherwise take the cost down at least 20% and I would go 5 stars. No desserts or alcohol our bill was $40 p.p.

Service is intolerably slow. The door is flooded with uber eats drivers. Priority service seems to be on delivery out rather than dine in. Good food, just disappointing experience eating out as a family. We have asked for the rest of our food to go..,,
Always a good spot to get a good burger. Most of the time it can be pretty quiet, but sometimes you can get a bit of a rowdy crowd and with my autism it can be hard to handle sometimes. So I would recommend you poke your nose in, see what the vibe is and maybe enjoy a burger. Food is excellent and staff is always friendly.

I came for the first time in 7+ years and it’s disappointing how much the quality of their food has gotten worse. This used to be one of the best burger restaurant chains but it’s nowhere close to how it used to be.
The food isn’t bad but it’s nowhere near as good as it used to be especially for the price. I will say, the service is still good and the restaurant itself looks great at least.

Excellent selection, priced at a OK price. But the size of the burgers are huge. Super friendly staff! The Tragically burger is the best on the menu 👍
