I have gone to this location twice now at noon on a Saturday. It was closed. It shows open on the www site. Do not waste your time.
As a follow up. I was at the right location with family and friends. The music was on but the front door was locked. It would help if you unlock the door when you are open.

She was so incredibly friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. Tried the Works W-Burger today… super amazing! The bacon was perfectly crispy, so tasty… and that W-sauce? Next level delicious! Definitely worth it!

I order from The Works quite frequently since I have a lot of dietary restrictions. I ordered again today with my usual order (plain chicken and sweet potato fries). Received a call saying they're out of sweet potato fries and that I have to pick something else. Then they said they can make the fries at an upcharge since they're apparently changing things. My partner asked multiple times if the fries would be sweet potato fries. The man didn't give much information at all. Welp...received my order and it was the wrong type of fries. And because cross-contamination makes me sick, I couldn't eat my chicken either.
I find it quite suspicious that nothing was changed on DoorDash (the fries were included in the meal per usual) yet there's also nothing on their website that I could see where it says they're changing things. If this is what their service is going to be like from now on, I won't be supporting them anymore...
Really can’t go wrong with the Works. Great food and service no matter the location. Highly recommend

Ordered food around lunch time, took nearly an hour to get the food, there was at the time only two tables filled, my family included, one chef, one server, we had to leave and asked them to bag the food, cost was high and they forgot items in the order, highly disappointed

Went there for lunch this past Wednesday as we had a coupon and wanted to use it before it expired. As soon as we walked in we were greeted and seated. Service was absolutle wonderful as the server was attentive but no pesteringly so as some are. It was like they new the perfect time to come over. We ordered our food and drinks and soaked in the atmosphere. The music was way too loud for the speakers they had and was very tinny sounding to the pointy we left with headaches. Was not expecting that loud a volume for a lunch hour. The large group of appparent adults carrying on like drunken prom teenagers was not helping. They were actively trying to mess with the server by mixing around orders and just being immature, which hurt the experience somewhat but that's not the restaurants fault so it did not contribute to the rating. All in all the food, as always is amazing as was the service. Definitely will be back in a few months on my next cheat day.

I want to start by stating that I am aware that this location is not at fault and I have had several pleasant experiences and meals at this location. I had initially attempted to find a 'Contact Us' form on the Works Website to field my complaint, but there is no such form available. The survey button redirects me to the main page.
The staff and atmosphere has been consistent and pleasant throughout my time eating at The Works chain in Ottawa over the last 15 years. No issue there. You guys rock in that field.
I am currently disappointed with the erasure of the Impossible Burger and the Knock Your Plants Off Burger. I have grown to love this meal and the different variations of this meal that I have experimented with over the years. There is currently no proper purely vegan replacement outside of the dookie butter veggie burger (seriously take a bite it sucks!).
I will begin exploring alternative restaurants to find a delicious alternative. But if the impossible burger ever makes a return, I will gladly return as a customer and readjust my score to 5 stars. Until then, my money will be going to some other place that can fulfil by burger needs.
Fellow Vegans! Here are some alternatives: No Forks Given, Odd Burger, Eat Your Greens, etc.
