Headed to the Works with some friends and I'm not sure my visit can be topped. I had a server named Alex and he was absolutely unreal. It was mad busy while we were there, but he was somehow still really quick and even made time to joke around with us. Didn't think much of the Works until I met him, now I'll definitely be back! Hope he sees this :)

If you’re coming to The Works, do yourself a favour and ask for Alex! Hands down the BEST server I’ve ever had anywhere. He doesn’t just take your order—he makes the whole experience fun, welcoming, and unforgettable. His energy is contagious, he knows the menu inside and out, and he always makes sure everything is perfect down to the last detail.

You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and loves what he does. Even on a busy night, he keeps the vibes high and never misses a beat. Honestly, he takes “good service” to another level—I’d come back just to have him as my server again.

10/10, can’t recommend him enough!

If you like burgers, this is a great place. Choice of patties and they have gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer. Fries are really good. Nice atmosphere, not too busy. Our waiter was really nice and helpful.

Today I was greeted by Kayley who sat me down and talked me through some of the menu options and I decided to grab the poutine which I was pleasantly surprised with how good it was. Kayley was super helpful with the entire meal with checking in on drinks, food related questions, etc. I enjoyed today stay and hope to enjoy some more. TELL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

I was looking for a good spot to eat and found this from word of mouth. I found myself enjoying a delicious meal with excellent service. Joey was very nice with a casual talk which left the experience amazing. Alex was outstanding the service delivering food fast and was amazing to talk to making my experience 10/10 I will be coming back again.

Burnt food and 2 nd time no returs

Atmosphere poor and very cold inside even though they opened at 11am and it was 3pm our arrival. Food poor , over salted, over sauced, burnt burger patty ,over battered.one Server observed picking his nose then handling a plate to a customer. Same server sitting before shift but the walking around during obviously eating. One server looked like he was frozen ( due to restaurants temp) and clothing slept in and disheveled .
Certainly not what it used to be and we won’t go back.

Delicious Elk Burger 🍔 made with love and the meat was so incredible tasting I was salivating while I was eating it.

We have been a take out fan of this place one UberEats. Their W burger has great taste and is juicy

mediocre burgers at best.
