Burnt food and 2 nd time no returs

Atmosphere poor and very cold inside even though they opened at 11am and it was 3pm our arrival. Food poor , over salted, over sauced, burnt burger patty ,over battered.one Server observed picking his nose then handling a plate to a customer. Same server sitting before shift but the walking around during obviously eating. One server looked like he was frozen ( due to restaurants temp) and clothing slept in and disheveled .
Certainly not what it used to be and we won’t go back.

Delicious Elk Burger 🍔 made with love and the meat was so incredible tasting I was salivating while I was eating it.

We have been a take out fan of this place one UberEats. Their W burger has great taste and is juicy

mediocre burgers at best.

We were really looking forward to grabbing a good burger, but unfortunately, this place was such a letdown. The restaurant was just dirty—dust all over, a weird smell in the air, and the bathrooms were honestly gross. The sink was clogged and everything felt unclean.

The worst part for us was the baby high chair. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. Thankfully, we always carry disinfectant wipes with us, but no one should have to deep clean a high chair just to feel okay about putting their kid in it.

It was hard to enjoy the food when the whole place just felt unhygienic. We couldn’t relax, and honestly, it made us lose our appetite. Definitely won’t be back.

It’s always a pleasure to make the 3.5-hour drive each way—twice a year—just to eat here!

This is our go-to spot. The staff is amazing—super friendly and welcoming. They never judge and are always helpful, especially with guests who only speak French.

Great staff

Our server Vinny was amazing, kind, and thoughtful.

However his co-worker was the complete opposite. We arrived and asked for his assistance 4 times! Refused to help us in any shape way and form and flat out ignored us for over 25 minutes until Vinny came by. When asked for assistance he said angrily “I’ll be there shortly” and rolled his eyes. Don’t know his name but he was tall had glasses and had thinning hair. The restaurant was empty btw, so not sure why he was ignoring us and laughing with co-workers.

One of the best burgers I have ever had.

Service and food is rather average.

Preordered the food and when we arrived they said it would be ready in 2 minutes but it took over 20 minutes. Plus they forgot to give us most of our burgers and gave us our sides and only called us about it 10 minutes later to let us know. Food was okay though.

My go to location for a quality filling burger. Make sure you bring your appetite

We had a large group go in with short notice. They were great to accommodate, and all of the food was hot, beautifully plated, and on point. Our waitress was wonderful, so pleasant 😊 Highly recommended location.
