Injured myself on a broken table and they didn't even care. Waited over 20 minutes for out bill as well.

We went for a beer on a Monday - all the other pubs in the Westboro area are closed on Mondays. The beer selection was very limited and nothing special. We didn't have food, but the burgers looked good. The service was OK.

My burger came cold and raw in the middle

We had a very good post-graduation lunch here for my daughter. The services was outstanding, the food was good and the atmosphere was comfortable! Prices are a bit high, however.

Tried a local burger spot next—juicy burgers, crispy fries, and great vibes! Fresh ingredients, quick service, and a must-try for any burger lover. We’ll definitely be back! 🍔🍟

Went for lunch a couple of weeks ago and got very bad food poisoning. I called the restaurant to inform them and request that they verify their products. They said they would tell the manager. I wish the manager had called to check if everything was alright. I was sick for more than 48 hours; it was very bad. I had a burger with feta and steamed chicken, and nothing else that day. I have never been that sick so quickly after eating lunch. I don't expect any gesture from the restaurant, of course, but just calling to ask if the person is better and inform that the food was controlled and reviewed would have been nice!

I got a poutine and a double smash burger.

Fries were good, but poutine was covered in what appeared like microwaved canned gravy, and it wasn't hot enough. Not enough curds. Burger was okay, but overcooked. Overall disappointing. $6 for a non-alcoholic beer is ridiculous, too.

Waited over an hour for lunch.
Burgers arrived room temperature. One (veggie burger) even seemed cold. During the hour we never once had someone come check for drinks etc. And it was not even busy at all. Really too bad, other locations are way better. Waldork salad was good tasting. That's the picture.

The place was not busy yet I waited for over an hour for the food to arrive. When it finally came, I got the wrong side dish. It took another 15 minutes to get the right one. I was so hungry by the time I got my food that it wasn't very enjoyable. Sadly this is not the first time I've had this type of experience at this place.
Update- True to form, they replied to this review over a year later. Doing that doesn't exactly inspire confidence in their ability to provide faster service.
2nd Update- It's been 3 years since I was there and I decided to give it another try. Nadine, the waitress/hostess was fantastic. The service was extremely friendly and faster than I'd ever had here. Even though they didn't have the drink I was hoping for (cherry Coke), the waitress was very creative at improvising something that was just as good or better. Even when Nadine wasn't around the other waitress would make sure I was doing well. I'm definitely increasing my rating a couple of stars because of these 2 employees that were there that night.Hopefully the rest of the staff have gotten their act together as well as these girls. I'd be thrilled if so.

Found hairs

Had an excellent burger at this location. I got the 3 ring binder. It is a very good option, but I get extra chipotle mayo added because it can be a bit dry without extra sauce. The Caesar salad was delicious and a decent size. The atmosphere was alright. The restaurant was a little cold when we first sat down, but the heat came on and it was a bit better. I recommend sitting not too close to the door just to be a bit more comfortable temperature wise.

These are the most unique and best burgers I've ever had. Their onion rings are sooo good!!

Parking: If you are there for dinner, parking is horrible. But then again, in Ottawa parking is a problem everywhere.
