I havent been to this Works in quite a while since, work from home. But it's just as good as I remember it. I came with my friend for lunch and it was good chats, nice staff and good music.

Used to go the location in Vanier years ago and the food used to be good. Went recently and the food felt very average. The tower of rings was probably the best part. The menu changed and I feel they offered very limited burgers and they no longer do it where you can pick the type of meat. Service was good. Limited parking at this location. Got the son of a beech burger and just didn’t get that great burger vibe like it used to be.
Hard to tell, we ended up not eating here as they don't have an alcohol license and we were there for the craft beers.

The food is still pretty good but the restaurant is really tired. The floors and tables were pretty dirty and the service was really slow even though the restaurant was empty. Also really expensive :$

I can’t remember our servers name (Sherry or Shelby) however everyone there was very laid back and respectful! The food was out of this world and they went out of their way to mix up an absolutely delicious shake upon request! Truly a lovely experience for a family dinner!!!
The one star is based souly on the food. My husband and I ordered through UberEats tonight and it tasted horrible. The burger was 100% not cooked from fresh but frozen and salty as hell. Completely disappointed in the quality.

When did the wheels fall off of this place? No liquor license, dirty store and a new and boring menu. Brutal service, unkept store and a “way below tragically average burger”. With a 15% tip, no booze it was $79.89! Never will we return to this mismanaged business with below average food.
UPDATE: I received a call from a representative of the “Parent Company”. She was able to offer a $50 coupon to basically “make me go away”. With a bill of $80.00 this was insufficient compensation and a feeble attempt at customer service. I made this clear to this representative. Then several days later, I received a call from a senior operations gentleman. He was sympathetic and was willing to listen to my story. He promised to offer and send something to be a a gesture of Goodwill. Still waiting…… and waiting…. Words are idle promises; actions are measurable. I have not seen any action to close this file and satisfy a VERY disgruntled guest.
