Great Burger joint, not far from the Ottawa Airport. Our server Amber was very friendly, timely, and knowledgeable of the menu. The restaurant was clean and had lots of drink options. I had the pulled pork burger, which wasn't my favorite, but everything else was great.

Awful I signed up a month before my birthday but never received the email with a coupon for my birthday , I had called that morning to inform a separate location about it and they said not to worry about it and that as long as I have ID they would accept me for the free birthday meal so I drove down half hour to the nearest restaurant which is this one and they made a big deal about the coupon even though I confirmed that I called before coming in and they said all locations are different and I would need the coupon, absolutely pathetic ! I love the works and go all the time with my friends and family but after this awful encounter on my birthday of all days I will be happy to take my money elsewhere.MARCH 12th 2024.

We visited yr place just like any other Works we have visited were accepting exceptional customer service sorry to say it was very disappointing. There was one server in the restaurant . Appetizers were served with before drinks. There were only 7 customers CB in the restaurant it took 40 minutes to get our drinks that too after several reminders to the server and in one of the drinks she forgot to add vodka. Food quality was below standard . Very disappointing to see poor service and poor quality of served food. I know for sure will never visit this location again. My bill added up to$ 139 whst a waste of money .

If you've never had the Works before 2016, this restaurant is fine. If you remember when they had ground turkey burgers, roasted red peppers as a topping, and white pepper slaw, this unfortunately is no longer that wonderful place. Prices increased but quality decreased. There isn't as much care put into making sure your order is correct - always something wrong whether the wrong topping or missing an item entirely.Today I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for 2 meals. I was told pick up at 5:50pm and didn't get my meal until 6:25pm. A customer before me also waited over an hour. The music was blaring and playing outdated songs you could hear from the road. The waitress seemed distressed and it seemed like there was only 1 cook on shift despite it being a weekend. I was given 'coupons' as an apology but one was a special they're doing during March Break that everyone gets, and the other was the free Tower of Rings with purchase that I have many of already, as it's for dine-in only. My meal was cooked fresh, which is great, but my daughter ended up eating something else while waiting for our meal, and my burger had bacon instead of the bacon roasted tomatoes I paid extra for. After spending $75 on this pick-up order, I think it's time to give up the Works. It'll never be what it used to be, and at the price, I will sadly chose elsewhere from now on for my rare chances at take out food.
