ThimbleCakes- Cupcakes, Cakes and Icecream

Lived around the corner from them for a year and now make sure to visit every time I'm in town. Most of their cupcakes are vegan and they always have a couple gluten free options. The best vegan cupcakes I've found so far, with so many different flavours. Tip: they also offer cupcakes from the day before at a 40% discount and I can never taste the difference, so look for their second day tray on the counter and get yourself some delicious cupcakes for almost half off!

Came here to get a cake for a friend's birthday , the staff was helpful in helping me find the best way to store it and transport it. The cake itself was beautiful and delicious and was very well received!

Got a cookie dough cupcake. Was a bit more expensive but very worth. Very good food!

While the cupcakes were good, I picked up a half dozen of mini-cupcakes to go as they were for a toddler and the box given was large and didn't have any partitions or way to keep the mini-cupcakes from rolling around. When they were brought directly from the shop to my destination, the cupcakes had all kind of fallen over and the icings melded together. They tasted good, but the presentation was lacking - not that a toddler would care - but would recommend looking into at least smaller boxes with some kind of partition or selling the mini-cupcakes as a pre-made set to go so that presentation can be preserved.

We got a bunch of regular and mini cupcakes for our wedding, and they were DELISH. They were a hit at the wedding as we got assorted flavours so everyone had something they liked. We put out little takeaway boxes, and we almost didn't get any cupcakes ourselves because they were so popular! They were easy to deal with, upfront with pricing, and had multiple check-ins to make sure they knew what we wanted. We also rented a tower to display the cupcakes, and the return on that was a few days after the wedding so we didn't need to rush it back, which was nice!
