Excellent coffee and baked goods at this catering place. The take away frozen meals are very good too. Plenty of free payout front too.

The staff were polite and cheery and the food was generally great. My one complaint is that they didn't seem to know how to steam milk too well but I didn't really mind. I was more interested in the tarts. Love that they had vegan and gf options. Vegetarian options for lunch as well.

Food is ok. I’ve never paid $11 for an egg sandwich before. Literally a thin layer of egg with arugula between bread. How does anyone justify charging that amount for a sandwich? I won’t eat there again.

Completely disappointed - 4 day old pastries. I specifically asked if the lemon squares have a soggy base. I was reassure that everything in the store is fresh made that day (seemed offended that I even asked) and that the base for the lemon squares have a crumbly shortbread like base. As soon as I got home, opened the box and its soaking wet, fell apart in my fingers. OBVIOUSLY NOT FRESH. Total rip off for $5 each. I returned my items only to find out that they keep items for sale for up to 4 days. Shame 🔔

A good egg salad sandwich was a tad dry/crusty probably due to it being premade and wrapped in a paper bag.

Stopped by for a meeting at at Thyme and Again after work and enjoying an amazing London fog with peanut butter square. Excellent service, went out if they're way to organize a group table and chairs. Super friendly and helpful. The place is cozy with lots of crafts and foods for sale. Including a fridge/freez
er with prepared meals. Really lovely. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Definitely will keep going there!

There used to be way more vegetarian and vegan options. When I’m staying in the west end of Ottawa I used to love popping into the store to see what’s new. Vegan Tortiere was extremely bland, barely even salted, I couldn’t finish it. The Gochugang noodles were also lack-luster. Overall, disappointing, especially for the price. Staff are super friendly and I love the atmosphere of the shop though!

Absolutely recommended! Organic, alternative. In-house bakery. Incredibly delicious cakes, petit fours and also wraps. Not cheap but the price is reasonable considering the quality.

Downtown quality outside of the central core. Food is pricey but good. Worth it.

We but the frozen foods here and take them home. They're reliably fabulous. A favorite at our house are their scones cooked at home from frozen

Dietary restrictions: One of my children has a peanut allergy. They cannot guarantee their frozen foods are peanut free as they are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts are used, however, they "say" that they do make efforts not to cross contaminate their foods

Parking: I've never had any problems with parking here. There is a large free parking lot
