Great food friendly service lots of parking cute little cafe. Very cute! If I could rate it higher than five stars I would! Not very pricy! Lots of seating! Would definitely recommend.

Thyme and Again has lots of great things, I personally mostly enjoy the baked goods. The sandwhiches are a bit expensive. But the lemon squares, Nanaimo bars, and the raspberry chocolate tarts are amazing. Some of my favourite desserts in Ottawa.

Got Thyme and Again hors d’oeuvres and desserts to celebrate my daughter getting her wedding dress. Our family loved it, everything was extremely tasty and very well presented! We got an assortment of hors d’oeuvres, but in particular the grilled chicken crostini was a huge hit! Also check out their gingerbread cheesecake for the holidays - it’s to die for! Thank you Thyme and Again. - Hilka Govinden

For the price, below average. They use high quality ingredients, but overall flavor isn't there. Food is on the bland side. Found they skimp when it comes to more expensive ingredients like proteins.
I used thyme and again for my Daughter’s baby shower.
The food is absolutely amazing. Desserts delicious would definitely highly recommend them.

Pre-made meals are consistently delicious, and while relatively pricey, well worth it. They also sell other great fun-to-haves in your kitchen. Underrated desserts, great service always.
We had our wedding rehearsal dinner catered by Thyme & Again.
When we arrived to pick up our order, they told us they would be another 10 minutes, so they offered each of us a free beverage while we waited. When the food was ready, multiple staff members took great care to help us safely load the boxes of food into our car, which we really appreciated. The professionalism and care shown by the staff gave us a great impression.
The food itself was excellent - very tasty and light. The sandwiches were substantial and generously filled, and all of the side dishes and hors d'oeuvres were a hit as well.
We really enjoyed our experience with Thyme & Again and we'll definitely be back!

I don't know who drives the Thyme & Again business vehicle, but proceed with caution if you see them on the road. This past Saturday, just before 11am, I was about to cross at a clearly marked pedestrian crosswalk in front of Ikea. As I stepped up to the crosswalk, instead of stopping to allow me to cross, they sped through. If you're going to be an unsafe driver, you probably shouldnt get a business wrap for your vehicle. Zero stars, if I could. Wreckless driving and no concern for pedestrians is alarming.

Oh my goodness! Their blueberry cheesecake is so delicious I had to get an extra one to go!
It's gluten free. I can't eat dairy but this was so worth my pains later. It was whipped airy and the crust was a nice oat brown sugar crisp.
I paired it with an oat milk matcha with cinnamon. I liked how their matcha was strong.
Okay my belly hurts already (since I'm lactose intolerant) typing this haha but it is so worth it! I'm still finishing it!
It's a cute store too. I found cards that you can plant wild flowers instead of recycling them, a fresh black bean dip and some nice teas
All the staff were so nice also.

First time at this Thyme and Again. The same great food and other items. Same helpful staff. Easier to find parking. The original location is nicer, but it's also more likely to sell out of popular items first. I'll come back.

Excellent coffee and baked goods at this catering place. The take away frozen meals are very good too. Plenty of free payout front too.

Always delightful and delicious
The staff were polite and cheery and the food was generally great. My one complaint is that they didn't seem to know how to steam milk too well but I didn't really mind. I was more interested in the tarts. Love that they had vegan and gf options. Vegetarian options for lunch as well.
Food is ok. I’ve never paid $11 for an egg sandwich before. Literally a thin layer of egg with arugula between bread. How does anyone justify charging that amount for a sandwich? I won’t eat there again.
