Stopped by for a meeting at at Thyme and Again after work and enjoying an amazing London fog with peanut butter square. Excellent service, went out if they're way to organize a group table and chairs. Super friendly and helpful. The place is cozy with lots of crafts and foods for sale. Including a fridge/freez er with prepared meals. Really lovely. Lots of parking and easy to get to. Definitely will keep going there!

There used to be way more vegetarian and vegan options. When I’m staying in the west end of Ottawa I used to love popping into the store to see what’s new. Vegan Tortiere was extremely bland, barely even salted, I couldn’t finish it. The Gochugang noodles were also lack-luster. Overall, disappointing, especially for the price. Staff are super friendly and I love the atmosphere of the shop though!

We but the frozen foods here and take them home. They're reliably fabulous. A favorite at our house are their scones cooked at home from frozen
Dietary restrictions: One of my children has a peanut allergy. They cannot guarantee their frozen foods are peanut free as they are prepared in a kitchen where peanuts are used, however, they "say" that they do make efforts not to cross contaminate their foods
Parking: I've never had any problems with parking here. There is a large free parking lot

I stopped here on a whim this morning in the middle of a snow storm. I was greeted by a beautiful and inviting atmosphere, and 2 staff members that were incredibly kind and helpful. I had the herbal tea which was absolutely delicious and I bought the gumbo soup to go for lunch. I swear to God this is the best soup I’ve had in my life. 11/10 to this establishment

Clean store with friendly, helpful staff. I emailed the manage with a question and got a really prompt reply. Stopped in today to buy plum pudding, fruitcake, and a sandwich that caught my eye. The sandwich was really good but I can’t review the pudding or cake for a few days :)

If you are looking for a superior, commercially made Christmas cake, or fruit cake, look no further than Thyme & Again. The large cake sells for 50 bucks and is worth every penny. It is door-stop heavy, and thick with fruit and aroma. One of the best I've ever had.
