The initial ambiance is of a cosy cafe. And then you notice that there are stairs at the back. When you go up you're in an at gallery, with plants in the corners.
The service is prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was amazing! We had the Tuna Salad Nicoise and the Avocado Toast. So many flavours.

My family ordered one each of the vegan mezze and cheese trays and I would highly recommend them. The vegan tray in particular was incredible and my guests commented on how great the variety of foods and presentation were. The dips were delicious and veggies were blanched, which helped elevate the quality of the tray. Even the decorative flowers on the tray were delicious (the orange flower had a fruity taste - maybe an orange blossom). The trays came with 5 different breads and crackers. The spiced pita chips were amazing.
Their cakes and tarts are also amazing. The raspberry chocolate tart is a staple at my family events and the citrus poppyseed was mind-blowingly delicious. Highly recommended.

I love this place so much. I miss going there used to be a biweekly stop with Mom when younger.
Our last visit brought the habit back. So worth it. Food is always top notch and made with love.
Staff is super friendly and accommodating. Thank you Alejandra for recommending me to learn Spanish in person. If I can get that cashier's name from my memory I will edit the review to include her. Maybe I shall stop by to get it again haha. Thank you!

Wanted to highlight some great service I had today. I ordered a soup and a coffee and I had it on a tray. I was on the phone and the barista overheard me say that I had to hang up to lift the tray. She quickly came over and picked up my tray and asked me where I wanted to sit. I didn’t catch her name but she had short, ginger/brown hair. I really appreciated the extra effort she put in. Great service!!

We served Thyme and Again pies at our casual wedding, alongside some homemade salads, and they were a huge hit! The pies were absolutely delicious- perfectly baked, rich in flavour, and full of that homemade comfort everyone loves. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them! It was the perfect addition to our relaxed, family-style celebration.

I finally discovered this establishment here on Wellington Street in Ottawa. It was a pleasant surprise. The service was great as was the food. I very much enjoyed the upper level atmosphere and this makes me want to go again soon. Very nice.
Yum Yum Yum! Had the Piri Piri turkey stuffed in 2 bite (looked like baked dumplings) with very good, spring mix fresh salad and vinaigrette. Wash exquisite on a hot fall day! Service was amazing! So helpful and accommodating to 2 old fogies!

I don't know who drives the Thyme & Again business vehicle, but proceed with caution if you see them on the road. This past Saturday, just before 11am, I was about to cross at a clearly marked pedestrian crosswalk in front of Ikea. As I stepped up to the crosswalk, instead of stopping to allow me to cross, they sped through. If you're going to be an unsafe driver, you probably shouldnt get a business wrap for your vehicle. Zero stars, if I could. Wreckless driving and no concern for pedestrians is alarming.

We had butter tofu with rice and cod with rice. Food was mediocre at best. However, we appreciated excellent customer service from staff. The restaurant was also very clean.

Loved this place for a long time! Recently moved back to the neighborhood and stopped in. So so good. Got two breakfast wraps to go and they were amazing, the side salsa? Yummm. Service was also fantastic. Will be back soon! 💕✨
