Came here around 11:30 and there were 3 people working. One girl on food station, one white girl serving drinks and putting orders in bags and one guy on front. The first thing I noticed was a guy asking for the washroom. The guy was making drinks at this time and told the customer to wait for a second. The guy making drinks is really slow, orders are piling up and he's just nonchalant looking around sometimes going at a snails pace. About 5 mins later this guy is holding himself ready to piss his pants, with no one in the washroom btw, and someone else steps in and tells the guy to let him in the washroom. The girl in the front hears this and finishes the order quickly and rushes to the back to let the guy into the washroom while apologizing to the customer. They then switch positions the girl is making drinks and packing orders and the guy is taking cash. The guy is giving customers attitude and giving really short replies the whole time. Someone even asked how his day was and he just gave them a dirty look and didn't reply. He was still giving attitude to this person no matter how friendly he was being. The girl had to jump in once or twice as he was getting people angry. Then once the line finished the guy is staring out the window. There was still drinks to be done and both girls were clearly trying to finish the line as fast as possible. It seems he was only interested in this job so he can look out the window. Good job to those girls working and sorry you have to deal with someone like this as a coworker.

Extremely filthy store. There were flies everywhere and the floors And tables were disgusting. There store smelt like garbage and the garbage bin doors were broken. Horrible. The service was slow. The workers were laughing and talking and standing as people were waiting for orders.. my breakfast wrap was very cold.

Don't use the bathrooms here unless you're comfortable with employees unlocking the doors without knocking while you're still using them.
Twice this has happened to me at this location.
In order to use the bathrooms you have to ask an employee to unlock the doors from the outside. That part isn't this issue. The issue is they do this without knocking or checking first to see if it is still in use. Twice this has happened to me where im trying to use the bathroom and another customer (to no fault of theirs) walks in on me. I find it ridiculous that the employees have no common decency to see if bathrooms are in use before unlocking them for someone else.
And yes, there is a button on the inside of the bathroom to lock it, but that button is useless as employees can unlock that from outside as well, meaning locking the door is useless.

The girl who served me (if I recall correctly her name was Christine) has amazing customer service. She really goes above and beyond to make customers happy. She greeted me today with a smile on her face, was really friendly and even offered to bake me a fresh muffin cause they didn’t have any of the ones I wanted. Which is understandable because it’s close to closing time. I unfortunately wasn’t able to wait but you can really tell she cares about the customers
