HORRIBLE service and establishment. Avoid at all costs. Workers are beyond rude and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They made my order wrong twice and refused to fix it or refund me. I sent my employee on a coffee run and they came back in tears due to this experience. This happened on Tuesday, November 19th at 11:30am. I hope your establishment can fix things before it gets shut down for good.

Tims Horton at Rudeau is awful the brain muffin is awful I ask for 6 muffins all the muffin they give is awful bran muffin taste like all bran coffee is awful this team needs to have a meeting every morning i should get a refund disgusting

I don't know what this location's problem is but it is god-awful. Expect to wait a minimum of like 20 minutes even if you just ordered a coffee and be ready for that coffee to either taste terrible or be made wrong. If you order food good luck to you. If they can't even keep their soup hot I have very little trust in the rest of their food. And it's really sad when you order a simple soup on a mobile order and it's not ready for 20 minutes. And I can tell you they definitely didn't open up a new thing of soup for me and if they did they didn't bother to heat it properly. I absolutely would not recommend this location they have given me nothing but problems.

Honestly probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to don't go here unless you want to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a simple thing like a donut or a coffee. And placing a mobile pick up order will do absolutely nothing I've waited up to half an hour before giving up and having to go back to my shift because my lunch is over before they have my coffee ready. Avoid as much as you can.

this tim hortons gives me problems almost every time i come: today i paid cash and the cashier just stared at me and told me im good to go without giving me my change when i ask for extra ice i get barely any ice and i heard one of the employees say “extra means more???” they should know what extra means as a bare minimum to work here one day i witnessed them make a drink wrong for someone, then try to give it to me. i modify my drink so i shouldn’t be given a random un modified drink. i asked them if this is my modified drink and they said yes even though i saw with my own eyes that they did not make my drink and i heard an employee say “just give her this one” and he argued with me that it’s mine even though i know it wasn’t. i didn’t want to argue so i took it but when i tasted it, it wasn’t even an iced coffee (what i ordered), it was a flavoured iced latte. once i told him this he still tried to argue with me that it was my drink and reluctantly made me a new one when i said it isn’t my drink. i don’t understand why the price is going up and the quality of service is horrible. the employees can’t even follow basic instructions. my medium iced coffee at rideau tim hortons is also more expensive than my medium iced coffee at any other tim hortons i go to.

If there is an option to give minus rating i would give this Tim Hortons that. I think Rideau Centre is the worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa. The old guy may be the supervisor or the owner i don’t know but his behaviour is awful. There is no politeness in his voice. Super rude super cranky. He made my quencher with tap water and it tastes awful. I asked extra cup he wanted to know why i need extra cup. Come on do i need to tell you why ?? I am paying you for the extra one why you asking qs. Sorry i don’t want to say it like this way but whenever there is an Indian owned Tim Hortons you bet the service and quality of foods are below level. And you have to pay for every extra single thing. We never paid for extra cup or straws but now we do. They don’t give ketchup with wedges until you asked, they never give you sleeves with hot drinks until you asked, no spoon with soup until you asked This things came by default before. We didn’t even asked for those. It’s sad to see such a well-known brand lose the charm and heritage that once made it special.
