the older male employee is super creepy to young female customers. i ordered an iced capp and while waiting he singled me out in a store full of people and was trying to ask me questions about my life, referring to me as “his friend”, and calling me by my name (which he found through the kiosk order) to get my attention as i was obviously uncomfortable and not responding to him. when i left he yelled goodbye to me from across the store. i haven’t felt safe nor comfortable coming back since, and when i returned yesterday with friends we saw him doing the same thing to another group of young female customers. id recommend looking into this guy.

This location is terrible for the food quality. I ordered a bagel & cream cheese and this disgusting burnt bagel with barely any cream cheese is what I got. I work inside the mall and wasted my lunch time walking back to return this after having waited longer than usual for it. How someone could actually serve this is beyond me. This is not the first time the quality of food is very poor, orders are wrong or products out of stock. I showed this picture to colleague who were also aghast at this poor quality. I can honestly say I will never return to this location again.

I ordered everything bagel but I got sesame seed bagel And when I spoke to the employee, she spoke to me in a very rude manner. After that I also talked to the manager, but the manager also spoke to me very rudely. I have been to many tim hortons But I had a bad experience with Tim hortons I will never come here again.

The girl making the drinks this morning at around 11 did not know how to make them. She got the size, toppings and milk choice wrong for several customers.
She didnt mix my drink at all it still has the syrup at the bottom. She was also very rude.
There's a homeless bald, black guy in a white shirt who normally comes to this place in evenings and asks customers for a spare change. I've seen him on 5 different days. He's just creepy.

Ordered my food from the kiosk and waited for 10 minutes, only to be told they’re not serving any food and that I’d be refunded. When I asked why the food was still listed on the screen menus, the employee explained that the kitchen closes at 7 PM so they can shut down the store by 9 PM and get home on time. The screens stay on because they have no control over the monitors.
I get it but there should at least be a sign saying no food is being served. I wasted my time waiting around. I don’t blame the employees it looked like they were severely understaffed. I can’t imagine spending an hour after closing just to clean up and then commute home from downtown.
This is a management issue. The owner and the establishment are responsible for the consistently poor service. I’ve been visiting this location since my university days, and the staff have always seemed overworked and unhappy. That’s not on them it’s the environment they’re forced to work in and how little they’re paid
