Extremely disappointing customer service. The staff had a rude attitude while we were confirming the drink size, and at one point even put her fingers inside the latte cup, which is unacceptable hygiene. Overall a very unpleasant experience at this location.

This place never ceases to impress. No matter the daily pressures, the volume of people, and some undesirables nosing in every now and then, there is always that coffee I enjoy every morning, and that crispy bagel that lights up my day. first starting off with food/beverages, I'm unsure about the food as i never have a huge appetite in the morning so i just stick to drinks, but i'd say it's amazing. the quality is actually good for a tim hortons, im not sure why there is many bad reviews in regards of drinks. i get mine custom due to dairy sensitivities and it always tastes amazing and the staff always make it right. speaking of service, most of the staff are really nice and i feel bad that they have to put up with such an ignorant demographic sometimes. i know what it's like to be a busy fast food store in the heart of downtown. although they are kind, there is a huge downfall. most days, they seem to be extremely disorganized. double the people on the floor compared to my short-staffed location in the food court just upstairs from this establishment, yet im always waiting 20-30 minutes for my simple drink. this is why i dont stop here specifically during work breaks, just before work because im always really early and always have time to spare. with more organization, this store would be nearly flawless. atmosphere in the sense of cleanliness is typical rideau fast food, nothing special but nothing to really complain about. Overall average, but has some potential.

HORRIBLE service and establishment. Avoid at all costs. Workers are beyond rude and clearly have no idea what they’re doing. They made my order wrong twice and refused to fix it or refund me. I sent my employee on a coffee run and they came back in tears due to this experience. This happened on Tuesday, November 19th at 11:30am. I hope your establishment can fix things before it gets shut down for good.

Tims Horton at Rudeau is awful the brain muffin is awful I ask for 6 muffins all the muffin they give is awful bran muffin taste like all bran coffee is awful this team needs to have a meeting every morning i should get a refund disgusting

I don't know what this location's problem is but it is god-awful. Expect to wait a minimum of like 20 minutes even if you just ordered a coffee and be ready for that coffee to either taste terrible or be made wrong. If you order food good luck to you. If they can't even keep their soup hot I have very little trust in the rest of their food. And it's really sad when you order a simple soup on a mobile order and it's not ready for 20 minutes. And I can tell you they definitely didn't open up a new thing of soup for me and if they did they didn't bother to heat it properly. I absolutely would not recommend this location they have given me nothing but problems.

Honestly probably one of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to don't go here unless you want to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for a simple thing like a donut or a coffee. And placing a mobile pick up order will do absolutely nothing I've waited up to half an hour before giving up and having to go back to my shift because my lunch is over before they have my coffee ready. Avoid as much as you can.

I ordered two ICE CAPS at the kiosk and was told I ordered two ICE COFFEES, coffee makes me sick I know I didnt order them AND had the gf see the kiosk say ICE CAP but they wouldn't give me a refund or ICE CAPS they just yelled at me saying to buy again
