Ordered my food from the kiosk and waited for 10 minutes, only to be told they’re not serving any food and that I’d be refunded. When I asked why the food was still listed on the screen menus, the employee explained that the kitchen closes at 7 PM so they can shut down the store by 9 PM and get home on time. The screens stay on because they have no control over the monitors.
I get it but there should at least be a sign saying no food is being served. I wasted my time waiting around. I don’t blame the employees it looked like they were severely understaffed. I can’t imagine spending an hour after closing just to clean up and then commute home from downtown.
This is a management issue. The owner and the establishment are responsible for the consistently poor service. I’ve been visiting this location since my university days, and the staff have always seemed overworked and unhappy. That’s not on them it’s the environment they’re forced to work in and how little they’re paid

The workers were quite disrespectful to be honest. When I ordered, I got made fun of in front of my face, and when I received my order, the same thing happened. Wished it was better 😔

The staff is great. They have to put up with so much working just off Rideau Street. Often security is not there for them and if they are .. they just stand back and let them abused by customers. They should get paid more at this location.

I ordered a chicken wrap and a doughnut at the ordering screen, waited the full time, only to watch my number disappear off the screen with no explanation. I asked an employee what happened, and they told me they were out of food. When I told him I had already paid, he told me I could go online to refund it. Honestly shocked at this.

I CAME TO GET A FARMERS WRAP AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS A TEN MINUTE WAIT ON HASHBROWNS. THAT’S FINE I SAID I’D WAIT IT HAPPENS I GET IT IT’S OKAY. BUT THEN I FINALLY GET MY FOOD AND THEY PUT WEDGES IN MY WRAP! ASK ME FIRST! TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Customer service was awful, gave wrong order, requested the correct item, messed up the order gave in it, i hated it. Gave a double double inplace of my ice cap and what too which is in liquid form, are kidding me, person who served me was a man in mid late 30s, looks like desi person, if anyone from management is seeing this rectify

I had a disappointing experience at Tim Hortons recently. The service was incredibly slow, even though there weren’t many customers in line. The staff seemed disorganized and distracted, and my order took much longer than expected. When I finally received my coffee, it wasn’t prepared as I requested, and my food was barely warm. The lack of attention to detail and poor customer service made the visit frustrating. Overall, the experience was far below the usual Tim Hortons standard, and I left feeling dissatisfied.
