Not bad, will accommodate if they don’t have what you ordered through the app. They do not open to walk-ins until 6am, not sure why it says they open at 5am here.

This is our favourite lunch spot! My 11 year old son is autistic and eating out can be tricky. The restaurant is always clean and easy for us. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Plus I get my iced coffee!

I've given this location many attempts because it's close to my house.
Overall, after almost daily visits for a few months I can confidently say the majority of the staff I've had to interact with are unkind/rude/indifferent, some are inaccurate (with food and money so watch your dietary restrictions and order totals and ask for receipts), and at least a few don't follow hygiene protocols (will handle cash and then beverages and say that its fine).
This last experience I was pressured to pay quicker (which, knowing how slow they are to serve people is ironic) ....my new card was having PIN issues and I had to get a second card out and make sure I had funds. Took my maybe an extra 20 seconds. The lady kept kept repeating for me to go around the block and into the front of the store (the construction here is wild). This would be an unacceptable waste of time and resources.
Extremely unprofessional behavior. I get that you have performance times to hit but seriously, chill out, all of you.
Would suggest going somewhere else if possible. I know I won't be going back.

Coffee tasted sour and old
Stood at the register for 5 minutes before being served by the worker who had their back turned to me
Manager told them to serve me, they didn’t for an additional 3 minutes before even being acknowledged

I almost feel embarrassed having to write this review. Took me 5 minutes to get a double double coffee in an empty store, with no one in drive through because despite the manager instructing the other person working to take my order they stood with their back to me for several minutes, facing the dehumanization I changed my strategy and went to the self serve kiosks to discover you cannot pay at them without a gift card, so then again I had to hear instructions to take my order. To be served with no smile, no kindness and no care. I will not be returning to this location again.
