One of the better Tim's locations. Very friendly staff, and I've never had to wait too long for my mobile order (it's usually ready before I even get in the restaurant). I can probably count on one hand how many mistakes they've made with my orders over the past decade.

This location is pretty but doesn't seem practical.
There were 2 employees working. One is working cash, taking orders and keeping the flow of customers paying.
This would mean the other is running between fulfilling orders, drive through, online orders and Prep, packages and ensuring all elements used to accomplish this are ready condition . You are going to be waiting a very long time, and with pretty bad/sad characters. As the people around you are, for a most part, in the same situation and fed up.
I'm sure there are some sort of staffing issues with stores like Tim's. But that says something to the owners of these stores.
The problem with that is, obviously that they just don't care, less money for workers equals more money for owners.
So stop. Everyone needs to just stop going and cite the need for accurate, proficient, tasty, fresh, safe and prompt service. If the company is open then basic service should solve this.

This is my Timmies of choice! There is a fantastic employee there, I know her as Kat. I put in my mobile order and by the time I have walked 2 doors down on my break, she has my Steeped Tea ready for me with pants on (a sleeve). She is always greeting me with a smile and a little heart on the lid. Great Timmies, great employees.

Generally a better spot compare to other filthy Tim hortons in west ottawa. Service is good, staff is friendly. Good to see at least 1 or 2 Canadian born so called real Canadians in the staff, otherwise the staff will remind me of a fish market in India. So 3 stars, room to improve.

Tim hortons! You owe me lettuce and tomatoes! And that hashbrown I also paid for. Where was it! I got to work and only had a sad sandwich and my extra hashbrown was missing. Such a sad day, I wanted to cry. :'(

Aw man. We used to come here every day - we stopped entirely as service and food quality went from consistently good, to becoming entirely wrong orders with hair in the food and other sanitation issues. The final straw was getting food poisoning. Avoid this location at all costs. This is location used to be our daily routine. We avoid Tim Hortons entirely now. Cook at home folks, it's not worth your health or safety and the employees can't be trusted to safely handle your food.
Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons on October 19. The staff wouldn’t make the ice coffee that we paid for, they were very rude and displayed judgmental facial expressions. After we asked a second time for the coffee to be made, they went and talked at the other end of the counter and then continued to ignore us and not make the coffee. We had to resort to asking a different worker after our orders and conversations were being neglected time after time again. We spent far too long in there, putting up with unprofessional, rude behavior. Will never go back, the worst customer experience interaction ever. And the ice coffees were all ice no coffee.
Vegetarian options: They were very judgey and acted inconvenienced by our request to make one of the sandwiches vegetarian.
