Cleanest Tim's toilet...in Ottawa. This is among the ones I have visited. I usually visit Tims 3-4 times a day.

Been a regular here for 7 years. I have to be honest though, on your coffee, this location gets it right about 4 out of 10 times. The sandwiches are great, rarely ever wrong. Also have a problem with closing before actual posted hours with no explanation. Pretty frustrating.

Going through drive thru this evening and order an XL tea. Wrong size was made, the fix was to go out of sight when the tea station is directly opposite the drive window and return with my XL tea...so obviously dumped the old one and topped up with water. When I asked for a new one I received attitude back in the form of a snide remark, I stated I can go elsewhere and was told "I don't care". This was at 5:45...service is even worse than ever at this location.
Had toilet paper stuck to my shoe and the new blonde owner told me... that was nice of her.

The girl in drive thru was taking orders and she was speaking very low. I was barely able to hear her so I politely asked her if she can speak louder and she did but she started giving me a lot of attitude at that point. She then was rushing me through my order and she kept asking me "anything else" or "is that everything" and was barely giving me time to finish talking. It was very disrespectful. I came to the window and I asked to speak to the manager and she told me the manager wasn't there but she was the supervisor. The same girl who was taking my order. She should not be supervisor if she acts like this. She should at least be retrained in customer service. I don't know what was going on maybe she was having a hard day but she should not be taking orders or interacting with customers if she is in a bad mood. I looked at previous reviews and saw a lot of similar comments so either the owner does not care or the employees are backing each other up and denying that this kind of thing is happening but either way I'm not sure if I will come back. Hopefully this issue gets resolved soon.
