For the most part tim hortons gets the order correct but today i went to fix my order, i ordered 3 sausage farmers biscuit combos. I go home with my order and realized that they were sausage breakfast sandwiches and then went back. They put the hashbrowns in them but didnt give me the hashbrowns for the combo... the combo is hashbrowns and also farmers biscuits, not stuff the hashbrowns i paid for into the buiscuits, each combo should have had 2

Morning team is family. If you are a regular like me, you can clearly see all the teamwork put through. Always nice to know you are not the only one remembering their faces. They are so fast without throwing stuff at your face. Also pointing the person whoever is managing this location he/she is manage very perfectly like store is cleaned/ staff is happy. They always finds a way to make your day with her smile or by cracking a little joke. You won’t be disappointed!

We go to this location because we live nearby but I think I'm going to start going elsewhere. This location is always a problem. Never have what we order, we have been accused of lying about an error in the order we received until they checked and realized they were wrong and now we are sat on a Sunday morning for 5 drinks for 15 mins when there was nobody here and at least half a dozen cars have come and gone so we could have been served. What a joke.

I’d like to mention how much I love the Blackburn team. They always brighten my day, the service is wonderful, and the food is consistently great. I enjoy coming back again and again. I usually stop by around 5am on both weekdays and weekends for my coffee and breakfast. The young lady who often serves me is always so kind—one time I even forgot to scan my points, and she reminded me so I wouldn’t miss out. I believe her name is Varinder
Cleanest Tim's toilet...in Ottawa. This is among the ones I have visited. I usually visit Tims 3-4 times a day.

Been a regular here for 7 years. I have to be honest though, on your coffee, this location gets it right about 4 out of 10 times. The sandwiches are great, rarely ever wrong. Also have a problem with closing before actual posted hours with no explanation. Pretty frustrating.
