I came to this Tim Hortons yesterday with a not so great experience when my sandwich was messed up, I spoke to the cashier (I think his nametag said DJ) to get it fixed and was so delighted of how well he handled it. He was extremely polite and helpful, apologized for the inconvenience and was swift to replace the sandwich. It truly made my day, I come to this restaurant occasionally and have rarely had such great customer service, typically, they’re impolite. Definitely will...
I love the outdoor seating. Staff are often frazzled and short. Orders are often incorrect.
Dietary restrictions: They have the egg bites that are gluten free that's about it!

This location can get quite busy and so for sure once in awhile its hectic.
That said whenever Lisa is ha doing my order everything is swift and the items ordered are proper and without any issue. Her customer service is on point, always with a smile and friendly tone!
