There is only a select few employees that i actually like. The rest of the must be stupid or something. They never get orders right and whoever the baker is, undercooks both the sausage and the bacon. Never have i come here and got my breakfast right or with actual COOKED bacon. Step it up Tim’s I’m at the point where i just hate going there. Ridiculous.

After going in with my dad to get him a steeped tea, we were given coffee instead. This is not the first time it has happened. The employees have no care for what their customers are ordering and they try to rush us away as fast as they can.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Get's worse with every visit. Saw that there was a huge lineup at the drive through but ate in. Ordered two coffees one pizza and one wrap at 6.15pm. There was not one person in the restaurant but I had to wait 20 minutes for my food; along with another customer that only ordered one pizza. And employing other than the one that served me asked.After I ordered, how can she help me. I replied that i've already been served and i'm waiting for my food. 10 minutes after that I received my order.
Upon receiving my order 20 minutes after ordering it, I did not get one apology or the amount of time that I had to wait. While I was waiting there were several other customers that were also waiting a long long time for their orders. Some just coming in for a coffee and a donut and waiting 10-15 minutes

Customer service here is abhorrent. Owen seems to be extremely unhappy and it makes customers uncomfortable. Sliding things across the counter to the point they fall over. No eye contact and the saddest "have a good day" I've ever heard. If you are that miserable maybe it's time to quit.

20 minutes in line to order my food and another 5 min waiting to get it done. A order a 4cheese bagel with cream cheese and a medium coffee.
It was 9:30am to 10:00 am on Friday

Parking: Lot full

Kid-friendliness: Staff is friendly but slow

I had an issue where an item was opened up and served to me. I’ve reached out a few times and it’s been weeks. I have not heard back from this store and at this point why bother you clearly don’t care. I would watch this store as items are opened that are sealed or wrapped ect and served to you. Awful customer service
