I went to this Tim Hortons on my way to work after a doctors appointment. I wanted to try the new biscoff latte. I noticed the taste was… off? I got to work and opened it and realized that there was curdled milk in it.

I reach out and filled out the form for Tim Hortons customer care. I was told by them the specific location deals with issues with customer satisfaction and will work with me to make things right. I’ve been in constant contact with guest care for over 2 weeks and they claim the issue has been brought to the managers attention multiple times. I have not heard anything from them.

This is a major health and safety violation.

Adding as I can’t directly reply to the owners response. I did reach out to customer care and they told me the owner of this location should be reaching out to me. It’s been nearly 2 months and I have not heard anything from either the store owner and customer care. Beyond disgusted with the level of care that Tim Hortons provides, especially over a $3 coffee. It feels like it wouldn’t be hard to make this right, but I’m just being given the run around and I can only assume they hope that I either give up or forget about it. But I won’t.

I came here in the afternoon and ordered two bowls. They cannot make it on time. They need more than ten minutes to prepare two bowls of rice. Poor service. Not on time. Don't care about the client; they said to wait at the front and food would be ready in 3 minutes. Wait more than 10 minutes and then contact the store; they stated we are creating it right now. Workers should understand that we are using the drive-thru to save time, and employees are having fun.
Quantity of food is not good.
15 minutes of empty bowl.
Thank you @Tim hortons for taking care of their customers.

Why you guys always mess up with drive through orders. Again order some food and get something else.

They can't even put turkey on a sandwich correctly. Folds it in half and bam! Sandwich. Leaving 2 inches of bread on either side. Proceeds to put on tiny dab of mayo. 12$ please!

Drive thru- UPDATE

This is the second Friday in a row... and for the past 3 years we have come to expect crap service... from people that cannot speak or comprehend English, to saying our orders 4 times to ensure this is what we are going to get... to even on Sunday taking my order back from Last Fridays attempt, only to be told the Tea was comped, but because I was a day late, the bagel wouldn't be???

So, again not even an hour ago.. I asked for an Extra Large Steep Tea, 3 Cream, 2 Sweeteners

Get home take a sip... and guess what?? It's a coffee.

Close this location, Fire and Re-hire NEW EXPERIENCED staff, get the staff from Carleton Place and give them a BONUS... the old staff can go kick rocks.

Head office needs to clean house.

This isn't close to how your outlets should be represented.

A family member tricked me into going this afternoon... 2:45pm to be exact. I once again ordered a XL Steep Tea, with 3 cream, 2 sweetener, and a Cilantro Lime Crispy Chicken wrap.

after it cooled down lots, hence all the cream, there was zero sweetener in it. WHY it was written on top of the LID!!! I drank it to the bottom.

So the general public, employees, managers, and Tim Horton Corporate Head Office, know we are thinking to picket this location.

We, my family, our neighbours, people that live in Richmond, and people that commute through Richmond on their way to work, are completely fed up of accepting wrong orders, or taking a drink of hot tea to find out it's coffee, or items the we ask for and get home to find out it isn't what we paid for.

You tell people that have issue with you to contact Client care, but it seems like you just don't listen to the NUMEROUS COMPLAINTS you have.

What will it take? Picket this location? Put in ore complaints?

Quick what does a BLT have in it? Over the weekend I got 3/8 of an inch of processed ham...

Tonight I got 10 slices of ham on a BLT each once cost $6.20

$14.40 plus the Sugar Laden X-large Earl Grey tea 3 cream 2 SWEETENER

At least the staff in Carleton Place know what's in a BLT
