The quality, availability of items, and service has been steadily going down hill at this location over the past year. The amount of time the order is filled incorrectly, an item is not available at 9am, they wont scan the app to get the roll ups at the drive through window to just get you out. I will start going into kanata, barrhaven, or stittsville rather than use the one in my own neighbourhood.

Literally the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been too, and I've been to a lot. You'll never get what you actually order. Your coffee will usually taste like the cleaner that they use to clean the machines/pots too, it's so yummy and safe!!!Update!! My friend went there after I wrote this review and he was asked if he wanted the coca cola's shaken or dropped on the floor, and other nasty and extremely rude behaviour towards my friend, essentially mocking what was written in my review. I wonder if they're treating everyone like this today. Guess these guys would rather be rude to customers when they get a bad review instead of fixing their problems with their service. We spend 20-50$ A DAY at this location, but not anymore.

Got a croissant with butter today, first of all the butter wasn’t spread, second seemed like I was biting into butter and not croissant, there was so much of butter on it like tons.Also got small coffee there, it was expired coffee, I could tell by the taste and also when I looked at it, it was obvious.Last week, I was in drive thru, said my order, the girl couldn’t hear it so said it loud but polite and then she says ‘you don’t have to shout’, I am like but you didn’t hear me, such a bad customer service.This is the closest to me, the one and only reason for me to go there, I wish there were more of tim hortons nearby.

This is the worst location when it comes their Customer Service. They never do what you ask for. I have been wanting to write a review for a long time but kept convincing myself that things may change. It’s near my home so I obviously make stops there to support the businesses around us. Not once have I left this place satisfied. Not every time I get something I check if it is done correctly and if not I make sure they do their job correctly. Today my husband brings me a coffee, that is supposed to be Dark roast with 1 cream and 1 Sugar and what I got is nothing a coffee filled with 90% of it cream and a cold coffee. I wish I could share a picture but they don’t give that option unfortunately. I hope this review provides more and better training. I am so disappointed.

This place is despicable. Going to start driving to Kars instead to get my morning coffee. Front counter is severely understaffed ALWAYS (those poor folks), mind you the only time I’ve gone in is to get the correct drink from the drive thru screw up. The drive thru has 3 people at a window firing the wrong drinks and food at you every time at a rapid pace and they couldn’t care less you’re a person. I can’t tell you the last time my order was 100% right, and all I am getting was teas and bagels. Nobody cares. Nobody says hi. The only person you get a thank you from is a lovely gentleman at the drive thru window handing you the wrong order. They don’t even check with you what you ordered or give you a total, just a machine in your car window and people anxiously waiting to get your wrong food and beverages into your car.
