Great service. I go there every morning to pick up a lrg coffee with 3 cream and ice cap I don't know the woman's name but she is amazing. Unfortunately I received the wrong coffee this morning but it doesn't matter I will be back there tomorrow. I strongly suggest you hire another morning person tho because even tho she kicks ass and is great she needs a competent person to help.

I have recently been going to the Tim Hortons at the Esso on Conroy and hunt club for my iced cap needs more then any other tims, the reason is simply because the new manger there is so nice. This world needs more kindness and she has that down pat. You can get coffee anywhere. Coffee with a smile at a Tim Hortons in the city of Ottawa is rare!
