Recently, I went to this location for the first time. The lady before me was Canadian and ordered Iced Capp and got one. I was right next to her and ordered the same thing, however, they denied to serve me iced capp as stated they do not service iced capp. Upon confronting that they just serviced the same thing to lady before me, i never got satisfied answer. This was totally Racist and Disrespectful 🤷🏻♀️

The entire time I waited in line, the dairy / drink machine was beeping. Ignited by all staff including a young man wearing a beard cover who walked in and out of the back (repeatedly removing his beard cover as he walked in the back and pulling it back up When he walked out) awful management!

Ordered a BLT with Chipotle, explain to me why I got half a croissant with lettuce, potato wedges, herb and garlic cream cheese and Chipotle??? What even the hell is this? There were only 3 people in this Timmy's so it was definitely ment to be my order.
Very pleasant and nice staff. Provided info on types of drinks. Other staff member Provided sleeve for hot drinks. Everything was tasty.

For a national multi-billion dollar corporation such as Tim Horton's, "Canada's Coffee", being hilariously understaffed is hugely disappointing. Three staff tasked with working the front of store at 9am on a weekday in the nation's capital. I ordered on the mobile app, and upon walking in discovered there were 10+ other people who had already paid and were also waiting for food. I waited for FIFTEEN MINUTES for a small hot chocolate and muffin. Not once did the employees check the Mobile Orders because they were absolutely swamped with the rest of the customers. I had to request my meal from the employees three times because they were simply too busy dealing with the standard, regular, expected morning rush in the nation's capital.
Do better, Tim Horton's. Hire employees. Staff properly. Then you won't have one-star reviews like this.
