One of the worst tim Hortons in Ottawa. I swear they never have what I want. Always sold out. If they have it they always mess up on the order. Absolutely ridiculous. Do better tim Hortons

I ordered 2 sausage and egg breakfast sandwiches and 2 sausage and egg wraps. When I got home there was NO SAUSAGE! on my sausage and egg sandwiches. Very disappointed but the food still tasted good and the environment was clean.

It was disappointing that when my son ordered a scrambled egg loaded croissant he was given a wrap. He just took it because we were in a hurry. The staff either don't understand the difference between a croissant and a wrap or don't care. If you are ordering through the drive through, make sure what you get is what you ordered.

It's a busy spot, but they handle the rush really well. Communication can be tricky, mainly because of the noise from the large crowd that came in at 10:20 am. Aside from that, it's your typical Tim's experience—what you get here is pretty much what you'd expect, though sometimes they do run out of certain items.

They let people skip the line. Team members should serve people in the line and not the people who jump the line.
Great place for hot and cold beverages and food. I always go there and sometimes a couple of times per day. I usually order online and when I reach there my order is ready. They are fairly quick at the front desk. Make your order right. Workers are polite and friendly.
