Everything was dreadful. I'm not sure what's up with THIS Tim Hortons, but their customer service is terrible. They give you a bad attitude just because you ask them to fix your order since they gave you the wrong order.

The worst Tim Hortons in Ottawa. They have 6 people on drive thru and only have 1 person working the counter, who is also responsible for delivery orders. There can be a line up out the door and no one will help out.

Before i was like this place. Today i went to take. A coffee and i had issues whiz my card was the client and they asked me to come inside from the drive-through to see what the problem and I went there to return the coffee and I took even a hot chocolate muffin so I gave them back and the lady who asked me to come inside store she come to the cashier and she said I like you can keep the coffee thank you for that but she didn’t allow me to talk or to say what’s going on with my car so I can explain that problem so it’s not good customer service experience for me because you need to let the customer talk and explain what’s going on I’m paying my money to take the things and you give me the coffee for free. I thank you for that but you cannot like don’t allow me to talk or to explain my situation so please take care of your employees. Thank you.

If I could give minus, I would. Absolutely the worst tim Hortons ever. They are all miserable working, they don't give orders out in the right order, more like what they feel like making. Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees, 2 hot chocolates and 2 bagels. When we got the order, one of the coffees was made with sweetener instead of sugar. The bagel belt was thrown together and squished. The other bagel only had the cream cheese in the middle. Horribly miserable staff, avoid at all cost, you're better luck just making your own stuff at home.

It is REALLY hard to communicate with them through the Drive-Through you will repeat the same thing about 10 times and in the end you are gonna receive the wrong order ( bagel without cheese and bacon ) ( coffee without crème and caramel ) and still will be charged for the “extras” . Also these people have no customer service education at all . They argue with costumers and never return your money back !

Didn’t receive my food (2/3rds of the order and price). They packed my drink, donut, stapled it up and sent it off with my uber driver. Still got charged for it all.

If I knew I’d be paying 18$ to have someone drive me a hot chocolate and Donut in the end, I would’ve canceled my order. What a scam.

This Tim’s is truly the worst in Ottawa. The employees have zero training on customer service and it will be a dice roll if you get your order right.

Definitely go drive thru if you're looking for speed. Inside is a great atmosphere, the workers were nice and seemed to have a good rapport. But my order (didn't know it was mine) sat on the counter ready while I waited. Was the only one there and didn't hear my name called at all.

Edit Dec 2024 - went in store today, was given my bag and drink. Noticed when I got home I was charged for my donut and didn't receive it. Tried to call the store but got unavailable message.

Ordered a bacon sausage farmers wrap and it came without a hash brown, quickly thrown together practically smashed on the inside! :( Update - they offered a replacement, great service and follow up

regular Tim - small India. chaotic, illogical. screen cachiers supposed to speed up but if you use them, you will be served the last as drive thru and regular cachier la have priority, so ordering via screen leaves you on the end
