Went to the location in morning rush, still staff were nonstop and they made sure customers are being served and getting what they want. The very first location where they had all products available and all of my favorite donuts and muffins.

I have been coming to this timhortons everyday and its my most favorite location of all around the area. Staff here are the politest people ever and most hardworking people. I was served by the girl who works here and is manager nowdays. Her way of controlling the store is amazing and male manager is very hardwaorking person as well. As a whole i love coming to this location and will continue forever. :)

To Whom It May Concern, I have been a loyal customer of the Tim Hortons on Merivale Road for almost 13 years, and unfortunately, my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
During the morning rush, I went through the drive-thru to place my usual order. The morning manager’s behavior was shockingly rude and unprofessional. She not only failed to handle food in a clean and proper manner, but also displayed an unpleasant attitude when I tried to address her respectfully. Instead of responding with courtesy, she disrespected me as a customer.
On the following day, she continued with the same negative demeanor, giving me rude looks that made me feel unwelcome. This is not the kind of service I would ever expect, especially from someone in a management or supervisory role.
It is very upsetting to be treated this way at a location I have loved and supported for over a decade. Tim Hortons has always been known as a place for the people, not a place where customers are treated with disrespect.
I sincerely hope this matter is addressed, and that this manager is given proper training—or reassigned—so she can learn the importance of professional, respectful customer service. No customer should ever be made to feel this way.Thanks.
