While I do find at times that the drive through window is prioritized over people waiting in line, the service has always been quick and pleasant. The food and coffee is always fresh and delicious.

I ordered the boxed scramble for delivery (I am a 5 min drive from this Tims) with bacon and although it arrived quickly, the food was cold and the scrambled egg was a cold, hard boiled egg that had been chopped into chunks. I was just really awful. I tried calling but they just pick up and hang up. What happened to this Tims? Very disappointed and will choose a different one to order from. p.s. yes I ate the hashbrown portion as I was hungry lol

Today I had a heart touching experience at this Tim Hortons. I visited late at night because my daughter was crying and really wanted a vanilla dip donut, and after checking other locations on Baseline Road and Merivale Road with no luck, I came here. The night staff were extremely kind although they were already baking something else, they stopped, asked us to wait just two minutes, and made a fresh vanilla dip donut for us. Seeing my daughter happy again made my day. I’m truly thankful to the two staff members for their kindness, and I also appreciate the management for supporting and training such caring night staff. Because of this experience, this Tim Hortons is now my favorite in Nepean because of great service and genuinely kind people.

Having been athirst for a goodly portion of yesterday's evening, and having furthermore found my present workplace(a construction site, for I am, at present, a Security guard performing a night shift) modified in such a manner as to render it nearly impossible to find portable water near the security access control room whereby the observation of the diverse corners of this site is made, it was indispensable for me to fetch much water and coffee for the current shift, not only for my own wellfare, but also to hold fast for the entire shift(six hours altogether). Thus then, I repaired to this Tim Hortons' branch, situated at 1260 Merivale, and having found its front and lateral entrances locked, resolved to present myself at the Drive Through's and attempt to have myself served notwithstanding the irregularity of the situation, for I was coming on foot, as you may have divined, upon reading me thus far. It is then I was pretty affably listened by Vikash, an Indian worker who habitually works there, at such position, both on week days and weekend, and he was so human as to allow himself be touched by my account of how sorely and desperately I had need of water and coffee, and determined to give me my full order(I had, naturally, assured him I was able to settle it by means of one of Tim Hortons' Gift Card, the balance whereof was 5$). He gladly consented to this so gracious and terribly human after telling me, however, how to adequately proceed next time either at their branch or any other, for receiving my full order without falling into the irregularity where I was then, and avoid causing him and other colleagues of his to risk their positions. He was even so agreeable as to converse upon some of our respective passions and hearty and we ended even by exchanging a few recommendations thereupon(indeed, I recommended him Duolinguo to rapid French's learning as well as Geography Now's YouTube account to quite exactly and very amusingly discover any existing terrestrial countries; and he also told me of a Bollywood movie, remarkable enough and dear to his heart, and told me of how to efficaciously proceed to leave online feedbacks upon services received at such stores as Tim Hortons, which are most profitable, for I adore Indian culture and take delight in leaving online reviews, although I am not also certain that these always receive adequate attention and are acted upon hereafter! Now, thanks to him, this will no longer constitute a question to me!). A thousand thanks to you, Vikash, for only saving me tonight, but also for litterally being so human and affable and gracious as to bring me out of difficulty and back to life, literally and diversely! May you be inundate with our Jesus, our Lord and Savior's graces for thus much humanity you have displayed to such mere customer as myself in this beginning of day! Yvan

I order through the drive through primarily and I am always met with the most rushed customer service. They just want to meet their numbers. The ladies that work there just have a very rude demeanour and consistently get my order wrong or make me wait to the side just to speed up the process for the drive through. I’ve worked at Tim Hortons before. I get it. It’s fast paced. But at the end of the day it’s all about the customer so it would be great if they just listened to understand the order instead of just repeating “and?”.

I would like to share a kind experience I had at Tim Hortons around 2:30 AM Today. I had been clearing snow outside the plaza for several hours and I was extremely hungry and tired.I went to drive thru and asked the Tim Hortons employee if they had any fresh bagels available. The employee responded with kindness and immediately said yes, and they provided me with a fresh bagel. It may seem like a small gesture, but at that moment it meant a lot to me. After working outside in the cold all night, that kindness truly made my night better and put a smile on my face.i Did not asked the name of guys but Thank you to the Tim Hortons staff for your warmth, compassion, and excellent customer service. Acts like this show true humanity and care for customers.

Shoutout to the night staff at this Tim Hortons.

When every other store in Ottawa says they’re out of food or baked goods late at night, this location always comes through. I’ve been here plenty of times when nowhere else had anything left, and they still manage to give me something and help me out. The night staff are kind, patient, and actually care instead of just rushing you out.

Overall, this is just a solid Tim Hortons. I come in during the mornings too, and the service is always good and consistent. Whether it’s early or late, this location has never let me down.
