The food is really not that good… even average tea was unpleasant and I’m really not a hard person to please. The cups are bad my drink poured 3 quarters just by holding it before I even got to drink it… and they make gift cards that later on suddenly don’t work.. I don’t think it’s all workers but the one that helped me was very nonchalant and a little rude.

I come in here almost everyday and I wait 10mins at least to be served. There will be a line up out the door and only one person taking orders at the counter. The service is horrible. The workers sometimes don’t even speak when I order.
The other day an older guy with a wheelchair came in and the lady who made his sandwich put it on the ledge, not even out in a convenient spot for the man, it was so rude and made me wonder where kindness has gone to. And the wheelchair accessible table was full of left garbage that hadn’t been cleaned up, I helped the man clean it up so he could enjoy his time.
I try to go in with a positive attitude, yet it is like this everyday.

if you want a sausage biscuit after 11am good luck. The last 8 times I’ve gone and paid for one they’ve been out of biscuits. Whether in store or they’ll call me to let me know over uber. I ask now if there’s biscuits and the answer is always no. Or they run out of sausage if they have a biscuit lol. keep your levels up 🙃

Every time I go to this Tim Horton’s most of the items are out of stock. The staff is rude and look very unhappy with your presence and also simply don’t seem to know what they are doing. The iced coffee is extremely diluted with milk, every time I get it. The food was mediocre on par with pre packaged grocery store foods. Very expensive for small portions. But yeah one of the biggest problems is how unfriendly the staff is, I’ve never felt so I welcomed in a restaurant. This is a last resort restaurant especially in college square when there’s other options. It’s too bad because I used to love going to Tim Hortons.

Long wait. Screwed up my order. When I tried to get it fixed, I got blank stares. I had to say "fix it please". No apology, nothing. I got stunned faces like I was speaking Cantonese. Turns out I got over charged too. I'd go back for my dollar, but they're idiots.

This is by far one of the worst Tim Hortons I have ever been to in my entire life. The staff are miserable and just stare blankly at you. Can’t even bother to say have a good day or hello. 100% would not recommend
