1. Service is poor.
Why I say this I ordered flatbreat. I was told pull over amd park. I waited 10 min. I went in asked was told ohh so sorry. We forgot to bring it out.
2. Staff are slow and passive-aggressive.
I told staff of you want people to not be upset you need to set expectations.
3. Not handicapped accessible
4. Can't take orders and get them right.
Three trips over the month of Dec all three times the coffee orders were wrong. When I say cheese crossing do not just sub in a plain. Ask.

Every single time I order a roast beef craveables from this location it is prepared differently. I would like it prepared with the ingredients listed on the website. They just can’t seem to get it right. Always disappointing

Today, my friend and I stopped by this Tim Hortons on our way home. As always I ordered a french vanilla and a Boston cream donut. I've tried this kind of donut literally in provinces across Canada and this location topd all. I will be stopping in again very soon,

Unsanitary. Order a bagel with butter and the knife used to cut it clearly wasn’t wiped or washed because there was a smear of cream cheese in the middle where you’d cut the bagel, if they don’t even bother cleaning that what else don’t they clean?

Food was ok. Had to wait for order to be taken as they were more interested in attending to drive through orders. Then had to wait again for meal to be ready and served

Had to wait 10 minutes for our order. They forgot the food we ordered for our son and when we got home to eat it our chili was like a soup. Every time we go here now the order is always wrong or the food isn’t what you expect it to be. We’re done going here

Go here if you want the worst service you've ever received. They oftentimes don't have products and don't tell you until after you've ordered and waited in line. If I was going to order at the window, I would make everybody behind me have to wait while they're prepared whatever I ended up choosing to order instead of what I wanted.

Went this morning got to the drive through with one person in front of me around 5:25 and didn’t get my coffee until almost 5:50 when I was actually able to speak with someone they employee who barely acknowledged me to begin with said they were doing pest control. I suggested they should put a sign up if the drive through is closed as there were several cars behind me and they rudely said there was a sign up. There was nothing to show the drive through was closed and cars continued to pull up. I was a regular customer put due to their TERRIBLE customer service and never properly made drinks I stopped going. I don’t think they are trained on how to greet people or take orders. One of the worst places I have ever been.

This tim hortons is full of staff who are incredibly rude! They make you repeat your order multiple times and still get it wrong or don't give you things you've paid for. Won't be going back to this location! I'd rather wait longer to have my food properly prepared the way I order it at another location. Someone should really take the time to train them

Staff are super rude. I come here regularly and never a Thank You, You’re Welcome, etc. You’d think they’re paying us to come here for coffee. Will definitely be changing locations for my daily Tim’s run.
