The service continues to decline. Waited about 20 minutes for my food which was mostly coffee orders. My food was also initially given to someone else and only got my order bc the person brought back the order once they realized it wasn't theirs.

I have stopped by here a few times now and the wait is always very long. The location is poorly managed. There were easily 30 people in line, and 6 front of staff employees working, but for some reason they had ONE employee hopping back and forth between the cash registers taking orders for both lineups. I'm so confused. There is no drive thru, there are 6 of them puttering around the front, and one young girl taking all of the orders and doing 90% of the customer service. On top of that once you order, you STILL have to wait a while to get your drink or food? So what are the other employees doing except doing the most to appear busy?This is the worst I have ever seen at a tim hortons. There is no excuse for having one cashier and lines out the door with 30+ people consistently. At least a quarter of the people in line end up leaving without ordering, so they're losing a lot of money compared to what they could get from hiring more people or properly managing and organizing the employees they have.The wait time today for a drink, in the drink only line (which is only for drinks and pastries) was over 30 min, starting in line at around 1:10pm. People are better off taking Line 1 to rideau, getting Tim's there and then heading back to campus.In a situation like this the manager should have been on the floor helping at a cash register. I've worked at tim's as an employee and manager so I know.

They need more people working for the amount of students that come here every day.Tim’s is supposed to be quick and easy but I have to come here an hour before my class just to get a bagel. That is insane.Please do better

Older women terrible person. She freaked out and cursed at workers or possibly us I’m not really sure when we entered 2 minutes after 730 and door was held open for us. We did not know it was closed as we were let in and hours are completely incorrect on Google. She was miserable to the kinda young I'm assuming student serving us at the cash and basically screamed at her for taking out order as it was two minutes past 730. This women needs to be delt with or fired as the whole atmosphere was ruined by her miserableness. The friend I walked in with didn’t even get served as we were getting yelled at and spoken about while ordering. If we were told it was closed it would’ve been fine and we would’ve left. It was the fact this older women was so terrible to customers who genuinely didn’t even know they were closing was the worst part. I really hope something changes with her this ruined our night.

Absolute terrible, I’ve seen northern Ontario Tim Hortens in the middle of nowhere preform better than here. This tim hortens always has something broken or out of service, and the service is mediocre.

Coffee was made perfectly! Dairy + sweeteners are dosed exactly right. Service and wait times are also improving. 5 stars on coffee alone, but knowing this location can continue to improve I think 3 stars is fair.. holding out for that 5 star review, keep up the good improvements?

Literally a cursed domain, an actual war zone. Ive gotten my correct order once. To be fair, they are under payed and under staffed and also have to deal with thousands of university students. The real Villan here uOttawa, they need to do better.

It is always really busy but that is a given because it's in the middle of campus and it's one of the only Tims. Not a good place to go if you dont have a lot of time between class or if you want actual food.

As a past tim's employee elsewhere, this is a disgrace to the name. These employees do not want to work and are understaffed, both of which do not make for great customer service. Literally the slowest service ever. Just walk the extra couple minutes to the SITE location or 15-20 to the cumberland location, you will have to wait a minimum 20 mins if there is even a minimal line. It is pointless even considering this as a viable option to get anything, not even coffee in the express lane.

Wasted half an hour of my life to order a plain bagle which they made with whole sum of cream cheese tastes disgusting and cold. Though I am against wasting food, I had to throw it off after eating half. Never going back.

This Timmy's service is even worst than SITE! I ordered 2 bagels just toasted, it took more than 8 mins and there is no one in front of me.... I honestly don't understand how that happened ?

Lots of employees, but wages paid are totally wasted. Low efficiency, and messy scheduling. Have no clue how they’d survive during exam times....
