This place is amazing. I had a big order in this weekend and they managed it so well. The team of the this Tim Horton is amazing. The customer service is so good and as well as quality of food. i am recommending this place to everyone.

Unfortunately this Tim Hortons chooses to make up hours of operation and refused service to myself and another person almost 20min before closing, as well went so far as to make an excuse that someone inside opened the doors which is how we got into the OPENED SHOP.
Saturdays operation hours are to 5pm. Not between 4:30 to 5:00pm as they said.
NOT EVERYTHING YOU SAY IS TRUE... I could have called bylaw. You could have even received a fine between 500$-5000$.
Every Saturday, whoever reads this, place an order 5 min to 5:00pm for a sandwich.
Would you care to comment Tim Hortons franchise operator as to what your operating hours are again. Perhaps post them on your door.
Perhaps make up an excuse like, oh it was a misunderstanding.
If these people at this Tim Hortons try this with you, record them and report them to bylaw.
Call 311, and someone will be happy to slap a fine on them.

I just went to pick up donuts today and was absolutely disgusted to see fruit flies all over the baked goods. Even worse, the employee working there didn’t acknowledge or do anything about it. It’s shocking to see such a lack of cleanliness and care, especially when serving food to customers!
Service was fast and efficient. Store looked clean. I took a decaf coffee and I’m used to them making it with an espresso and I think this one was regular coffee. Nothing wrong with that but it tasted a bit burnt. Close to my hotel so I find it very convenient

Where to begin. Let me just warn you, don't go at 8pm, or maybe skip this location altogether. They are already closing up at 8. They had to brew a new pot so I thought it would be great. I left with 2 regular coffees. Sat down to enjoy and had to dump them out. One was dark grey with floating oily bits, the other, almost black, same bits. Couldn't even stomach a mouthful. Washrooms were police-taped off. Every glass surface was filthy. Need to know anything else?
