They had only one donut and six chocolate timbits. I wanted a chocolate chip muffin but they didn't have any and I was told they were not preparing any more.

Will not be going back, they basically had nothing available. I took the last of their chocolate timbits.

Five star customer service, went above and beyond while helping me with two large orders for an event. We will be sure to order from here again in the future. Special thank you to Jovie for the support and attention to detail! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not much to say about this Tim Horton's, it is not bad and its not perfect. The seating area is really nice and its great to get some work done in there while eating. The service was fast and the employees are nice. It's location is convenient being beside Lyon Station. Overall good experience, would recommend.

food and drinks are here employees are nice but cleaning maintenance is overdue. I walked in this morning to the washroom at 7 AM to use the washroom after purchasing a drink and found human poop in the toilet not cleaned and another stall locked. This is unacceptable. what happened to good maintenance and good customer service in Canada If you want more customers, clean up after yourself, it's your job customers shouldn't have to see unclean toilets this early in the morning

Choose your lesser evil option - place a mobile order, wait for 15 minutes to get it or stand in the line for five minutes and experience a worst service. I am writing this review after experiencing either of faith for minimum five times.

This Tim Hortons does not operate according to their posted hours. They close super early every single day. Today I got there at 7:20pm and the doors were LOCKED. They close at 8:00pm. I could see that there were customers still inside. I had to knock for five minutes before the worker came out and told me that they close their kitchen at 7:30, it was 7:25 by that time. But regardless why are they even closing their kitchen 30 minutes early that makes no sense this is a fast food joint not a freaking upscale restaurant

I had an issue with my debit card and couldn’t pay for my order. The staff kindly reassured me that it was no problem, and they suggested I call my bank to resolve the issue. A person working at Tim Hortons even helped me with my problem. In the end, I was able to pay for my order. What truly impressed me was the helpful spirit of the people working at the store. This is what makes Canada so special. I am genuinely happy to have had this Canadian experience!

this location is attempting to go cashless by “transferring” orders to one machine only with cash they also don’t check on their food inventory like chilli when placing order

Filed a police report :( my mother was punched/assaulted by someone here between 7:00-7:30am and none of the workers did anything to help my elderly parents. Disappointed no action was taken and not one of the employees spoke out.

I hate the decision to change the schedule for mobile order and set it at 7:00am .. largely inconvenient

Today, I visited Tim Hortons with my partner, and we had an unpleasant experience with one of the cashiers, whose behavior was outright rude. We were standing at the counter deciding what to order, and he abruptly asked us to hurry up because “there’s a line.” At that time, the store was empty, and there was no one else waiting behind us.

We proceeded to place our order, and while waiting for our coffee, a Canadian customer came in. To our surprise, the cashier’s attitude immediately shifted, becoming polite and courteous toward this new customer. This change felt discriminatory and left us feeling disrespected. When we asked other employees, they mentioned the cashier’s name as Ranji (apologies if the spelling is incorrect) and that he may be from Korea.

We were deeply disappointed by the way we were treated and felt uncomfortable with the biased service. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this location. Respect and courtesy should be consistent with all customers, regardless of background.
