Food is excellent quality but could be served more quickly as the wait before ordering is typically long during meal times so the additional wait could be done without. Otherwise the service staff seem to be working their hardest but management should hire extra workers. All in all this an excellent destination if you're traveling on foot, cycling, or public transit, as the only parking available is paid street parking which in Ottawa is not cheap, however this should not...
Pros:
I order my coffee through the app every morning so I skip the long line every time. The staff usually recognizes me and gives me my order right away which is amazing.
Cons:
It has happened more than once where my coffee wasn't "seasoned" the way I wanted and the line up is often long probably due to them being understaffed
