I visited this Tim Hortons on Wednesday night, and even though it was very busy, the girl working there served me exceptionally well. She remained calm, friendly, and handled everything with a smile. Great customer service and a pleasant experience overall. Here name is Gurleen.

We took three hot chocolate at around 1.45 am from drive thru. The presenter was too unprofessional. It should be in her role to say “thank you” while delivering the food or drinks which McDonald’s does. She didn’t say that, even when we said thank you, she shut the window immediately without replying us back. This type of crew members are destroying the image of other Indians.

Other than how fresh it is... yesterday I dined in in tge morning. And when i went home i found that i lost my wallet. After looking everywhere, my only changlce was to come to tim hortons and see. I came in hopeless because of how many people come eat inside tim hortons.
What surprised me is that the team have kept.it inside nice and safe. They handed it to me after checking my ID with ALL THE CASH MONEY THAT WAS INSIDE NICE AND COMPLETE.
GOD BLESS YOU GUYS L, I WILL ALWAYS BE GRATEFULL 😊

This is the friendliest Tim Horton's location that I have been to. Starting from Carol, who takes my order on the drive-through, to Harmeet, who makes the most delicious hot lattes, to Rabia, who processes my payment and serves my lattes. Both Harmeet and Rabia put on a sleeve on my latte as it's too hot to drive otherwise. Thank you, Jack Marsala.

I really enjoy the breakfast boxes with both bacon and sausage. The scrambled egg underneath the meat with the 2 hash browns cut in 4 pieces with the tasty sauce they put on top hits the spot when youre hungry in the morning. My cat enjoys sharing it with me too. This is now my go to breakfast when im on the road and want fast food. Its quick service at the drive thru and my cat loves to share the meal with me. She smells it right away as soon as I open the lid from the box. Please don't discontinue this menu item Tim Hortons. In my opinion its best fast food option for breakfast. Sorry McDonalds you lost a morning customer.
