I actively avoided this Tim Hortons as I work up the street for quite some time due to bad service I’d received several times. I decided to give it another chance today. I asked for a sausage and egg breakfast sandwich x2 with no bread because I cannot eat the bread. I received what is in the photo? Certainly not sausage and I can’t even eat the cheese as they decided to put it on the bottom and then put hot eggs on top. Guess I’ve learned my lesson. Don’t give this Tim Hortons a try again. I never have this issue at any other Tim Hortons but this one..

I've been served bad b4 from the employee's of tim Horton but this time is the worst, I waited half hour to get my coffee after asking few times and waited longer to get my sandwich which was sitting on the counter until I asked again for it, I forgot to mention they were about 5 personnel not doing anything at this time 😑. I will never come back again to this place, very disappointed I will rated -0. 1 star

This location has lovely staff but cafe is worn down and was dirty. Quite a high amount of traffic-people coming in and out and it gets loud inside. Area isn't the best, seems a bit rough and there were 4 cop cars parked outside watching/waiting for something for over an hour. Doesn't feel like a safe part of Ottawa and roads/drivers, construction here are insane. Unfortunately, not the best location to relax.

I want to take a moment to appreciate the incredible service provided by Preet and Randeep during the night shifts at Tim Hortons. Every time I stop by late at night, they greet customers with a warm attitude and handle orders quickly and accurately. It’s always a pleasant experience because of their hard work. Every time I visit during late hours, they are consistently friendly, efficient, and hardworking. Great job to both of them.
The service was too fast and all staff members are very friendly and professional l. The food is really good and fresh. I love this tim.

Ordered through drive through the person taking my order was very rude and impatient with me since I asked him to repeat himself due to me not hearing and understanding what he was saying because of the mic quality and his accent. When I got my food it was very stale bland and dry. Not only am I not going to this Tim hortons but I will NEVER go to Tim hortons again it’s a shame how downhill this company has gone. This is also my first and hopefully only negative google review which speaks to my anger and dissatisfaction/disappointment.
