No bacon on bagel belt 😔
They didn't give me the correct change back and would not listen and would get annoyed when I asked about it. When I ordered a bagle and a tea they took 25 minutes to hive me my bagle and at the time it was not busy. The staff were over all rude

I was sitting beside the door that had an automatic door button. Almost every freaking customer pressed the button and the doors stayed open for about 15 seconds letting ice cold winter air into the restaurant to my table. Not great.

I recently visited tim hortons and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing due to poor service. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive, which made the entire visit unpleasant. It took an unreasonable amount of time to get our order, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect.
It felt like customer satisfaction was not a priority, and the lack of professionalism was surprising. I hope the management takes steps to improve the service quality, as it has the potential to negatively impact the restaurant’s reputation.
